> 3 dayIve had this for a little over a week. So far I love it. Im talking about having a steam cleaner in general, not this product in particular. Ive gotten things a lot cleaner than I could before with just cleaner and a rag. A rag just spreads the dirt around. Not to mention all the water that is required with the constant rinsing. This isnt a miracle worker, there is still time and wiping involved. It really loosens things up and generally doesnt require scrubbing, just a wipe down of the surface. I love that it gets into all the cracks, crevices, and seams that I could not get too before. Ive used it on my oven door and broiler pans with the hard brush head attachment. It takes a lot of work but compared to using cleaners/baking soda/hot water it seems to be more effective and the scrubber head does the elbow work. I havent gotten them completely done though. I think maybe a combination of cleaners and the steamer would be best for that purpose. I still have a lot I want to use it on. It doesnt remove set in stains, you will need help with things like that. I dont have any carpeting so cannot comment on that. It does work on walls. You need to be cautious on painted surfaces an appliance enamels. Light steam is best for those so you dont remove the paint. Flat paint is more difficult to clean, but on semi-gloss and satin it works pretty well. Ive been able to clean things that are high up. You do need to watch for dripping water when reaching overhead. Ive also used it to loosen adhesives and gummy items. You will still need to scrape them up but they come up easily after steaming. Another big benefit is that it sanitizes. Im using it to sanitize toys for our church nursery. It says not to use it on hardwood floors because it might warp the wood, but I have used it cautiously on some spots and it did all right. I just used it briefly and kept water wiped up. I really regret not getting a steam cleaner years ago. It would have made move out cleaning of base housing and apartments so much easier. Ive been using it almost every day. I plan on using it in the kitchen at least twice a week and in the bathrooms once a week. Ive been using it for heavy cleaning and general daily/weekly household chores. For this product in particular: I love the long hose and the two extensions. I have a very high ceiling and I have not been able to clean it or the upper wall areas yet. I bought it for this purpose. (I still have to get to that). With the wands and long hose I should be able to reach the high corners just by standing on my step stool. (Im afraid of heights so dont get on ladders) My original purpose in buying this is that it would loosen the grime so that I could wipe it off with a mop head or Swiffer. I dont think that will be a problem. The cord is really short. That makes it difficult for the lower level of my home where there are sections with no outlets. I also wish the cord was retractable or had something on the unit to wrap it around. The hose is really long, which I like, but when storing I dont quite know what to do with it. The hinges on the cover already broke. The cover kept coming off. Ill need to take a pic I think to illustrate. I dont really mind because it saves opening and closing it to get to the water tank and brush heads. I think the cover is mostly for aesthetic purposes. That might bother some people, though. I think Wagner needs to look at a solution to that. It only comes with one cloth for the large scrubber head. I need more but dont know where to get them or which ones are compatible. Ive seen generic ones I just need to measure to see what size to get.

> 3 dayAMAZING! We live in a SUPER old building in LA-one that was covered in LA grime when we got here and no cleaner or tool has been able to remove it…Until now! I should have taken more before and afters but you get the point. Few minor things that could improve this product. Maybe a slightly longer cord. A foot or two. A water level indicator. It’s a guessing game. And when turning it on, a decent amount of water pours out…I’ve made several messes on things I would have preferred not to. Have some towels handy, but once the steam gets going it’s magical. I have a few blisters from using it for a week straight several hours a day, so maybe a little padding on the handle would be nice. All in all, it’s magic.

> 3 dayThis is the best steamer Ive had so far. It is compact and can be kept in a cabinet, but holds 5 cups of water. I just clean all of my window blinds and am going to use it for baseboards tomorrow. It makes life so much easer!!!

> 3 dayI received this today, cleaned my bathroom, and knew I needed to leave a review immediately. If you are looking for reviews on how well this will degrease your engine, or strip paint, then keep scrolling. This review is for the man or woman who needs a workhorse to help them clean their house. For me, I needed help taking my house back from a certain degree of neglect. Admittedly, I am not the best housekeeper. I have a houseful of kids, and I work, and sometimes my method of cleaning is to wipe it down with a bleach wipe and move on. Its embarrassing, but its the truth. I purchased this to help me get rid of some grime, mold (ick) and to steam clean, after my Shark steamer stopped working. I actually prepared myself to be unimpressed, and ended up blown away by how amazing this thing works! Now, its not a miracle worker, but did it get my grout clean? YES! Did it get years of grime out of a shower? YES! (Did it peel away some old caulk - unfortunately, yes! But maybe this will be a handy feature when I am ready to replace all of that.) I recommend grabbing a self-velcro strip for large jobs, to strap the trigger in the on position. (Of course, this could potentially be a safety issue, but youre working with high pressure steam, so hopefully you are already mindful of safety precautions.) I found that my hand tired of squeezing the trigger, but the velcro strap worked well. I also recommend hearing protection. I sprayed a small section of shower, and was partially deaf for about 1/2 an hour afterward. Here are the pros: -This thing puts out a great amount of steam and pressure! It really does a lot of work for you. And I never had to stop and wait for the unit to re-pressurize, although I did stop a good bit throughout my work to wipe or rinse things, get a drink of water, etc... There was always steam when I needed it. -The squeegee was actually a nice bonus. I didnt think I would use it, but I took it to my bathroom window first thing, and wow! Really works! (Have a towel handy, because there is runoff.) -The small bristle attachment and floor attachment do scrub nicely. I was able to get a badly stained (with dirt and grime) area of ceramic tile fairly sparkling with the floor attachment (sans towel). -Floor attachment with the floor cloth works surprisingly well. I dont have white tile or anything, but it certainly did leave my floor looking and feeling cleaner. Its a great size for a bathroom. Im not sure Im going to love it for my kitchen/dining room, though. Its a tad on the small side at approximately 10x3in. -I also like the clamp-on design, so that I dont have to purchase proprietary cloths. Any old microfiber towel or cloth will do great, Im sure. The cons: -The nozzle attachment seems really difficult to attach/detach. All the others are a snap, but this one is stubborn. -In my bathroom/shower, the sprayer/pressure noise was crazy loud! I recommend earplugs or some form of hearing protection if you value your hearing at all, especially in smaller spaces that echo. -There could be more attachments. A round and possibly rectangular brush, smaller than the floor brush, but larger than the crevice tools. I was trying to scrub out the walls below my shower shelves, and the round crevice tool was way too small, but the floor attachment was too big. Also, the floor brush is basically a big vent with a brush all around it. This means that you are going to need to scrub different directions and with different angles to get some surfaces all done, especially if the floor attachment is really too big for the job. (Again, a small round or rectangular brush would be so useful.) And maybe the option to purchase a larger floor attachment for large areas, like kitchen floors. -The sprayer and squeegee do produce some extra water. This was not a problem for me. I had towels ready for wiping things up. But you probably want to be careful if you are working around anything that doesnt do well with water. -Probably one of the biggest cons, as others have stated, is the lack of a level indicator. What were they thinking? Oh, its fine when you first put water in - you know how much you are putting in. But after you do any work, or come back to work, you just have zero idea. -Its a little heavy, and not super easy to pull out and just go, but I knew that going in. -Also, the power cord could be a little longer. I think Ill have to pull out an orange extension cord for cleaning my kitchen floor. I did experience one problem straight away. Almost as soon as I first turned the unit on, the door to the water reservoir popped off, and one of the plastic brackets came out with it. I popped it all back in, but that one side keeps popping out. I will probably contact Wagner and mention this. Its a little bit of a nuisance, but thats about it. So, all in all, I cant even adequately convey how pleasantly surprised I was with this steamer. The unit itself all feels super sturdy, other than the door/hinge issue. The hose is stronger than I expected, and the extension tubes are VERY strong. There is no play when scrubbing my bathroom floor. This was important to me, as the Shark always felt poised to snap. All in all, great unit. Really easy to use and I am pleased with my $89 Amazon Prime purchase so far. Ill update if that should change.

> 3 dayAfter reading the reviews I really thought that this thing would be a dud. Thank goodness they were wrong. This steam cleaner is absolutely awesome! I clean jets and needed something that would clean and disinfect well without using chemicals. I couldnt have made it better myself! To all of the idiots that were testing this steam cleaner with their FLIR, you must not know how to operate that either. My FLIR showed it over 212 degrees. To make sure I got out my thermometer and it showed over 212 degrees. This machine really surprised me, in a really good way! All of the stains on the plane that could not be removed with chemicals came out with this steam cleaner. After careful analysis here is my conclusion. If you are halfway adept and know how to follow instructions this thing will do exactly what it is supposed to. I took the cleaner home and used it in my bathroom and it does amazing on tile, grout, wood floors, toilets, windows, carpet, and everything I have thrown at it. I too have experience with steam cleaners that are over $4,000 and this thing does if not better, the same job. The bad reviews I have read on here really scared me before my purchase and testing of this steam cleaner. To the people that claim this thing does not get over 212 degrees: You must not know anything about science! Water turns to steam at 212 degrees, so if steam comes out of the machine how is it not 212 degrees? ......One thing I can say is be very careful not to put your hands ANYWHERE near the nozzle, you will boil yourself, and it will cause giant bubbles under your skin and it will be extremely painful. That goes for any good steam cleaner. Im very happy that I didnt go with the McCulloch. Wagner is known to be the best brand for paint spraying machines and this is right on par with those. Again.... I just dont understand where the bad reviews come from, obviously operator error because this thing is awesome. I bought this with my own money and nobody can buy my honesty, trust me, if you are on the fence and you have half of a brain buy it you wont regret it, you will thank me later.
