Its early into the use but, so far, so good. Easy install and seems to be very efficient in the job its doing. This replaced a two year run with Kaspersky. The Webroot appears to have a much better coverage of safety built-in without the bog-down of other programs Ive used.... especially McAfee... a real memory hog. Im still examining much that Webroot does that Ive yet to employ. As far as Im concerned.... Great Product!! and fairly priced.

I only gave 4 stars because setup was very easy and price was quite good in comparison to other antivirus software, but seem to have to reset settings every time I turn on computer. I have purchased this before and did not have any issues. Would buy again.

I was looking for Antivirus software that was fairly priced and that does not use too much of my computers power. This program is non obtrusive and stays in the background. It flashes a reminder in the lower right corner of the screen upon start up thats its working and that is the last time you even know its on your computer. Ive had no virus issues and Ill likely buy this again in a year.

I dont like to load with a key code. I ordered a disc and it loaded immediately with no trouble. It seems to be working well. The price was good, especially for 3 computers. I had Norton 360 for 3 computers last year. I got it at a nice introductory price . I had no problem with it, but when it was going to renew for another year automatically at about triple the price I decided to shop around. Once Webroot was up and running for awhile I thought I might as well uninstall the Norton antivirus. When I did that it did something to my computer. It would no longer recognize my remote devices, camera and MP3 player. I have extended warranty on my HP computer and they helped me get my computer to recognize them again. I am no computer guru. Im just saying Beware on uninstalling Norton. When I Googled it I read several other people had the same problem. I still have Norton on 2 other computers. It is no longer active, but I intend to just let it sit there.

Easy to install and then scan your C drive. It did not find a virus, everything was clean and surfing the net improved temporarily. It seems the problem was not my computer or a virus but rather Comcast. I called them and they said there was no outage in my area. After trying everything I could think of, I called them again and said, send out a man. The lady said, there is an outage in your area. This problem has gone on for three weeks with them and they kept saying it was my equipment. I even installed a new modem and checked every connection a million times, while cleaning everything out of my computer. No wonder they are the most hated company in the country. No TV reception either. Now, one TV, I never watch but am charged for, gets only one channel. I am sure they will say that is my fault too. I believe their tech people just read from a script.

Just got it so I am not sure how good it is other than all the great reviews on Amazon. However, I had to deduct stars for an issue that happened during installation. Webroot flagged Java as a threat so I thought what the heck, and let webroot take it off. After the install was finished, I found that I could hear but no longer see videos on Netflix. Since the only thing that had changed today was the installation of webroot, I downloaded Java onto my laptop and suddenly was able to get picture & video on Netflix again. So I am not happy that webroot caused me a lot of frustration during installation and gave me what I consider false information about a threat. I am a middle age gal who is not tech-savvy by any means so just the fact that I was upset and frustrated during the first fifteen minutes of using this antivirus has me wondering if I would use it again. Time will tell as the old saying goes.

I really like Webroot. Used it for 4-5 years, now. Amazon is the cheapest price that I could find.. But dont install it until you have used up all the time on your current subscription, otherwise you will lose those days.

Installed on my IMac. I have used Norton, McAfee, Kaspersky, and free antivirus software. These programs may be better suited for PCs but Webroot has worked best for me on the Mac. Is not intrusive and keeps my Mac clean. Does not have all the bells and whistles that other antivirus programs have, but you dont really need them with the Apple software. Furthermore, Webroot is less costly. It does not try to continuously try to sell you on upgrading to a premium version and does not interrupt with messages and bulletins. I have never needed to use any tech support so cant rate that feature. Basically, once installed it runs itself.

Been using this program for about 8 years now and have never had a single security breach or problem. All for about 20 dollars/year. Great value and easy to load. WEBROOT is great with awesome customer service! Highly recommend!
