Seller is fine, but software for drive cloning is not included. Misleading. I had to PAY to upgrade to the 2019 software to clone my harddrive. The WD site states that they include free software to clone your old drive to the SSD, which they do. What they do not tell you is that its expired on arrival and youre pretty much forced to pay an additional thirty dollars to upgrade to up to date software. At that point youre in the process of upgrading your computer most likely, and youre sort of in a ransom situation of pay up or have a bricked computer. Very misleading. Not sure if sellers fault or manufacturers.

I bought two of this for my NAS. The read/write speed is really fast compared to my old hard disk drives. The load time for pictures and videos is just amazing. Although Samsung is my first choice, pricewise WD offered a good deal.
