> 3 dayI loaded these packs into my safe a few weeks ago and I check the contents yesterday and everything is dry. Before I bought these I had issues with high humidity levels with the documents being somewhat moist with a musty smell.

> 3 dayI bought this to help with a water spill in my car that went sideways. Not only has this helped alleviate the weird musty smell in the car, but it has reduced foggy windows in the morning and helps with the humidity that we get here sometimes. Both I and my hubby have them in our cars and I would buy them again if we need more for other areas! Great value, sturdy design, and works surprising well!

> 3 dayI live in Florida where tools go to die a rusty death. I recently bought another product, Simichrone Polish, along with the dessicant in an effort to keep my expensive jewelry tools in as good shape as possible. I am more than pleased with both of these purchases. The dessicant came as two large pouches. The instructions for when to re-charge (dry in the oven or microwave) are written right on the bags, which makes is really easy to figure out when they need to be dried out to keep them working. I plan to buy more. I placed one of them under the large plastic covering I keep over my rolling mill and the other I put into a large drawer where I placed as many of my tools as would fit so they will all stay protected from the high humidity we experience here in Florida. Great purchase, I will likely buy at least one more set of these bags.

> 3 dayBag will melt and explode inside your microwave. (see pics) Granules melted and destroyed our glass turntable. Yes. I followed the microwave instructions on the outside of this bag.

> 3 dayI followed the instructions to the last detail. Microwave 6 minutes, then turn over and Microwave for 6 minutes more. When I picked it up off the plate in the Microwave both bags burst! Waste of $20!

> 3 dayI keep one in each car to prevent fogging over the winter. Works great for that and small leaks.

> 3 dayMy truck has had a leak so among other things I got these to help reduce the humidity in the cab. I have both of them in the cab sitting on the seat when Im not in it. It only took a couple of days to go from the ~500g to >650g so Ive recharged them both in the microwave now. There was a lot of moisture in the microwave after, and they were back down to just over 500g. Im not sure how long they are going to last as the bag doesnt seem very robust. I cant say that there was a noticeable difference in the truck, but maybe it will help as I get things dried out. My seat still feels like it has collected moisture from humidity that I am hopeful these will continue to help with.

> 3 dayI used these desiccant packs for our old farm truck to pull out excess moisture. It worked pretty well, but when I recharged one in the microwave according to the instructions, it exploded and left a burned and charred mess everywhere.

13-06-2025These are very effective and getting them back down to their dry weight is very simple. I disliked the pouch itself, it gets worn down pretty quickly. It is still in one piece but I’ve only recharged it once and the writing is almost gone and the felt? Is looking pretty ragged.
