> 3 dayWhile using this product to felt a little ornament, I thought the Woolbuddy was fantastic. However, my mind was changed when I went to take it off the Woolbuddy. I tried to take the project off the Woolbuddy and a few other people tried also. There is no way to get it off. I happened to be at wool felting class at the time. At the beginning of the class, a few people wanted to buy the Woolbuddy. Now no one wants one. What a disappointment!

> 3 dayThe foam mat I had was 2 inches high. I found myself working off the mat because it was uncomfortable to work that high above the table top. I decided to order the Woolbuddy since it has good reviews and is only 1 1/2 inches high. What a difference that half inch makes! Im much more comfortable now. In addition, the soft, wool, felted working surface it much nicer to rest your hands on. Its quiet too. Im continuing to use the foam mat for when I am being more aggressive, like felting a flat piece, or when I just need some crunch. Im quite pleased with the Woolbuddy mat. When my order arrived, it had specks of assorted colors other than the pink it was supposed to be. I wasnt sure if they belonged there or if it had been used and returned. I reached out to Woolbuddy customer service and they didnt hesitate to send me a replacement. Kudos to the Woolbuddy Team who were prompt with their replies and kept me informed through the replacement process.
