WHY did I wait so long to get a proper felting pad made of wool? I regret all of the money Ive wasted over the years on foam felting pads! Ive only had this for a few weeks, but Ive already put a lot of mileage on it. Its fantastic. So sturdy and thick. I love it. Never going back.

Nice size and great surface for wool felting. Anytime you are too aggressively filtering the surfaces can bond, but that’s a beginners mistake in being too heavy handed.

Its very sturdy cause after my wonderful dogs pulled this off of table and tried to destroy it, they failed and its still in one piece!

After reading the reviews I was pretty excited for this to arrive. I’ve used it for two projects (flokati props for my newborn photo studio) and it works, but just barely. I had the brush style (Clover) that I loved but it’s just a bit too small for this type of flat work. I went with the Xlarge but it’s already showing weakness in the middle. It seems as thought it’s got some sort of frame around it but then the middle has too much give. Pretty disappointed with this purchase.

I use this product for wool coat repairs, and felted animals.
