kids play it and have no complaints. The xbox did but working, something about it not updating but it was under warranty with microsoft so we sent it in and got a new one. Very easy process

I am very very pleased with my purchase. This xbox has had no problems since I purchased it in November 2017. Great deal for the GB storage. The game battlefield 1 was amazing and fun. I have since bought a 1 TB hard Drive to connect to my Xbox One S and it works wonderful. I cant wait to purchase more games for this system.

Bought this as a gift for my husband for Christmas during Black Friday deals on Amazon. The product was great worked and all but the download for Battlefield took forever. We have a really fast wifi connection and still took hours to download. We thought it came preloaded into the system already. Other then that my husband is in heaven with his new Xbox one. He can finally say goodbye to his falling apart 360.

I have been a Playstation fanboy since PS1. I was super disappointed the Playstation missed out on the UHD player this time around. I use this mainly for the 4k player, but gaming has been fun on it too. It took a little bit to learn the interface and sometimes it feels clunky, but for anyone not tech savvy, you can just put a movie disc in and it will auto play the movie. I also found the setting to auto bitstream for movies (look under blu-ray settings). It is now the perfect 4K media player. It just has the added benefit of also playing video games.

This was for my son and of course he loves his Xbox-and so far so good, no issues.

It starts up faster and the TV Guide (normal cable) no longer lags on my 60in TV which is great. Its WAY smaller than the original and the power cable doesnt have a brick anymore. It is louder as other people say so if youre one of those people who have their Xbox on sleep mode so it automatically updates games and have it in your room, you will hear it at night. I completely turn it off so its not an issue.

The 4K blu-ray was the main selling point and it doesnt disappoint!
