Xb1 System 500Gb Battlefield

A big upgrade from my xbox 360. Picture quality is out of this world and the headphone jack on the controller works great for talking to other people in battlefield and the game is aweome. Bought it because live on college campus and theres nothing to do some days.

In the first couple of weeks after purchase, a piece of the controller left joy stick broke off internally and had to return for repair. Then after 2 months tried to play the included Battlefront 1 game - it starts only about 25% of the time. Then bought NB2k17 - loaded and installed it but it wont play. Returned the disc, but the replaced disc didnt play after installation either. Then tried playing WItcher 3 after installation but wont play! Spent 4-5 hours trying all troubleshooting steps associated with the error code, but nothing worked. Contacted Microsoft for warranty exchange after their troubleshooting, like I already did for the controller. Paid for Advanced service, meaning they will send the console first with my credit card charged but can return the console without service interruption - still waiting for new console to ship. Called customer service to update my service request with the correct email address and ask for compensation for all the trouble - while being transferred to the manager and 30 minutes of hold was disconnected. If I had it to do over I would not buy an Xbox again.

500 GB isnt a lot, and BF1 takes up like 60GB by itself. The 3D Blu Ray player is great if you dont already have one. If youre going to use the wireless controller you should get a play and charge kit which they obviously make you get separately. Unless you can take advantage of the 4K (need special 4K Blu Rays), than its just a smaller version of the Xbox One.

Came on time, and everything was what I desired. I love it.
