    Greater than one week

So a ft first I bought a used one, it had problems so I sent it back for exchange (although UPS lost it and only paid half what its worth) for all the crap I went through and having received a defective one? I was given a brand new one and some games. Never had such great service. I cant describe how happy I am with bandr_sales. And Robin who helped me. If your product isnt as described, you WILL be taken care of (unlike UPS). So so happy!

this is more of a 2.5 than 2. the reason being that microsoft only got half of the experience right. as far as the console itself goes it is perfect in almost every way. it is small, good looking, and quiet as a Prius. there is a slight learning curve with the user interface, however, it is very easy to overcome and once you do. it becomes incredibly easy and useful tool. i have zero complaints about the console itself. works perfectly and i have had no issues with it. the controller fits great in your hands and is easily one of the best most ergonomic gaming controller designs every produced. far better than anything sony has on the market. if youre looking to use this device as a media player look no further. 4k, HDR capable bluray and streaming makes this a perfect home console. however. this is still a gaming console. and gaming is where it falls short. yes you still have all of your third party blockbusters like COD or BF1, etc. however, there is little in the way of first party games. exclusives are lackluster and few to begin with. it has no noticeable outstanding titles that make this a must have gaming console. meanwhile sony has a virtual cornucopia of amazing first party titles that are constantly being developed and released. this reason is why Microsoft is being outsold by sony by a factor of 3. people want games and they simply arent getting them here. in conclusion, if youre looking for home media device to stream 4k content from this will perform what you are looking for at a lower price point than many 4k bluray players. but if youre looking at this for the purpose of gaming. do yourself a favor. save your money and get a PS4 or PS4 PRO. I am more of a gamer and after a few months of owning this console i can say without a doubt that i am heavily regretting not purchasing the ps4. furthermore, as soon as the last of us 2, days gone, and spiderman come out im selling this thing and purchasing a PS4 pro update: there is one gripe with the console itself that bothers most people, myself included. 500gb for this console is absolute rubbish. because you HAVE to download all games onto the hard drive. i mean. ALL games. even the ones you go out and get a physical copy for. you you cant just insert a disk, play it, take it out, and put it away in storage. no. you have to insert the disk, download the whole game (average being 50-60 GB of data) and then youre allowed to play it. the downloading aspect seems to have no real benefits on physical copies since once you remove the disk, you can no longer play the game. yet the game still shows up in your games list and it still takes up the full 50-60 GB of data on your hard drive. if youre gonna make us download the game, it might as well let us play it when the disk isnt in the console, otherwise whats the point other than limiting the hard drive space even further? oh and speaking of hard drive. it doesnt come with 500GB. its closer to 400 as alot of the preloaded software takes up quite a bit of space. you can maybe have 10 triple A games on here if youre lucky. definitely not gamer friendly.

Got this for dorm life though mostly a pc elitist. To clarify this console only has IO port upgrades and HDR with upscaling to 4k. Note this does not and will not play games in NATIVE 4k. The APU is also identical to the OG Xbox one. By IP ports I mean things like the HDMI ports and such with the ports being changed to HDMI 2.0 for 4k 60hz. HDMI doesnt increase computations of this device it is just faster at transferring data to your display. What I mean by that is instead of 30hz like HDMI 1.0 HDMI 2.0 lets you play in 4k 60hz. No clue why they added this as the Xbox can barely achieve 1080p at 60fps. Either way this fulfills my gaming wants without worrying about someone stealing my expensive pc. Also this is not a step up from a ps4 and even more of a step down from the ps4 pro.

The Xbox showed up when it was supposed to, it was what was described in on the sellers page. I am happy with the Xbox one. Thank you!

It was good but the stand didnt come with it. It might just be me, but there wasnt a stand to go with the xbox. Other than that, everything was great.

Had this less than 24 hours and returned it. Really disappointed from a guy that loves Xbox 360. I cant believe how much time it takes to do updates and just the number of updates is insane. Between the system updates and controller updates, it will take a bunch of time. . I hadnt even put a game in before 3 hours had gone by. I also find it obsurb you need to download all your games rather than just insert disk and play. Again this took an additional couple hours just to play a game. I have decent Internet speed too so unless you want to pay more to increase your Internet speed then forget playing any game in a timely manner. Also worth mentioning, the UI is a clustered disaster and terrible to navigate through. Anyway, my days of keeping up with Xbox technology are over. Good luck.

Ordered an Xbox One as new and it arrived with packing tape sealing the box and original Microsoft seals broken. The controller was not in the correct packaging, just floating in the box and already had the batteries installed. This was clearly not new and someone had already gone through the box. Plugged it in and turned it on and needed an update (as expected) upon arrival. When attempting the update it would freeze and rendered the xbox unusable. I tried to trouble shoot and contacted Microsoft. After repeated attempts it was clear it wasnt going to work. Product was defective. I hold Microsoft responsible for the bad product. But tech for less should not list a product as new when it was clearly opened and messed with prior to being sent to me.
