No problems at the moment xbox wasnt fully empty upon arrival it had a game still on it that required a disc. Other than that its great except for the screen blacking at times.

I like how the design of the new xbox one is very sleek. I put this one in my living room and put my black xbox one in the basement for movie use.

This is a great product, obviously it has flaws but for the most part it is very nice Pros: -Fixes my (sometimes) glitchy smart hub -4K + HDR -Inter-connectivity between Windows 10 and Xbox One -Xbox App -Majority of my friends have Xbox instead of PS4 -Can plug in headphones with 3.5mm jack -The exclusive games are much better Cons: -Always has extremely slow download speed despite being hard-wired to the router (250Mb/s download) -Sometimes slow running speed (Opening up apps, games run fine though) -No support for a PC headset (Plugs into USB and uses the Microphone AND Headphones) For me, the pros greatly outweigh the cons. I have used it on and off for about a week now and I can say without a doubt it was worth the money.
