> 3 dayFirst unit ordered started malfunctioning as soon as it was plugged in. Wouldnt download system updates without restarting the console several times. Then the unit would power down on its own and wouldnt start without a hard reset. Returned it and received a replacement. Downloaded updates successfully but after downloading and playing Tomb Raider for approximately 1 hour the unit shut down and I was never able to power it up again. Tried unplugging it and hard and soft reset. Dead console. This was the 500gb Battlefield 1 white bundle. Returned for refund. Will not purchase another console from Amazon. Not Amazons fault by any means and the replacement came very fast but thus is unacceptable. Ordered a new console directly from Microsoft. Hopefully it works as I have already purchased 5 games when I ordered the original console. If not.... I will be ordering a PS4.

> 3 dayI bought 2 bundles on Amazon and this one has a faulty controller. It does not connect to headset, so I had to trade controllers with the other bundle which worked fine. Buttons are delayed during gameplay. Console itself has issues downloading apps while the other console is fine.

> 3 dayArrived on time in good condition. Easy to set up and operate... The graphics and performance of the installed Battlefield 1 game are superb... a good buy all the way around...

> 3 dayPower button has changed to a physical depress, rather than the original button which is a touch button. They fixed the power up option to delay longer... this allowes the Xbox One S to completely power up before it powers up the TV and the audio receiver. Much better.

> 3 dayThe X-Box 1s is a well built system and the blue ray player is very responsive and quickly loads the disk. Set up is easy and connecting my wireless network simple. My issues are: 1) - On my netwok I use a hard drive attached to my router that has some movies on it> All my computers recognize this 1tb hard drive. The xbox one does not even see it. Finally I took the 1tb hard drive and attached it directly to the Xbox and re-booted the system. It recognized the hard drive but when I told the system I wanted to view the contents - I received an immediate error code that stated it was the systems fault, not mine but to try later. 2) There is no button on the controller that ejects a blue ray disk after it has finished playing. Instead you have to go to the x-box and feel around - in a dim lit room - to find the tiny little button to eject the disk. Finally in frustation I gave up trying to add on and view the contents of the hard drive I added - took off the drive and took the x-box entirely off my network and just use it as a blue ray player
