> 3 dayThe xbox one itself works fine, and as far as appearance, both the xbox one and the controller were in perfect shape. However, the controller failed to sync to my xbox one, and a few others from people i know to make sure it was the controller at fault. The controller was fully updated too. This was my first xbox system bought so not very happy I had to get a new controller right away.

> 3 daySon loves the Xbox One. Does not really care for having to wait for the games to download, but other than that, its good.

10-06-2025Great system, great game. Exactly what you come to expect from Microsoft and the XBox series. Plus, the internal power supply on the S model cleans up the clutter around my TV, which is a nice plus.

Greater than one weekFor the price during the holiday season, great buy. I already had the Xbox One, but needed another for another room(media room) and this was a good choice. Like the new controller and the much smaller design, especially not having a brick of a power block. I dont need to pay extra for the 1TB/2TB version when I can buy a 4TB USB3.0 HDD for under $80 and just attach it to the console. All in all, this is great bundle and the fact that I can now play 4K(UHD/HRD) movies on my new 4K UHD TV, even better.

> 3 dayMy son likes it. Unfortunately the Xbox live card that came with it did not work. Microsoft customer service (which is hit or miss on the customer service aspect) claims it had already been used. Contacted Amazon via phone and there was a terrible language barrier which ended with me having to cancel a wrong item that they were trying to send. E-mailing worked better but would have required red tape that I didnt want to put my son through who lives in another state. I ended up going to a local store, buying another card and sending it to him in the mail.

> 3 dayLove it!! System came in new condition, works great! One controller. I would suggest buying rechargable batteries for it.

> 3 dayThe xbox is fine for 500g *but it can really only hold about 5-6 games (using discs not digital copys) if you dont mind accessing your data from an exterior (add-on) hard drive, then themail lack of space may not b an issue for you. Otherwise Id suggest at least the 1Terabite version. Also my controller feels loose when trying to grip it. The controller also creaks and flexes!! The grip is molded plastic not a real grip either.

> 3 dayBecause this isnt a console, its a glorified PC. I had no idea you have to Install EVERY game you play, regardless if you own the disc version or not. If I wanted to do that I would just buy PC games. When you buy a physical copy of a game, it serves as little more than a key to make sure you still own it, you dont actually play off it like every console has in the past. So be prepared for hours and hours of waiting while your games download/install. It took about 4 hours before I could start up Madden 17, after it installed and downloaded the mandatory 8gb title update. Im now well into hour 7 of downloading Battlefield 1s 47gb file, and its only 45% done! Absolutely ridiculous.

> 3 daySo far is excellent. The Controller feels different. I personally prefer the style and controller of the Original Xbox One. The only reason I upgraded to this xbox one s is because the 4k. Big Difference. Other than that, I dont see the need for it. Pros: -Faster -Smaller -4k Gaming Cons -Touch button is gone. Is now a physical button. -In order to use the knict you need to buy the adapter. (HUGE TURN DOWN) -Feels cheaper quality than the original Xbox One. I would only recommend this for 4K TV users. Other than that, dont do it. Wait for the next generation.

> 3 dayWas having several issues with our Original Xbox One and figured it was time to upgrade. Super glad I did. My 13 year old hooked it up when it came and its been working great since day one (which was over a month ago)! Love that the power brick is gone/internalized and system is quiet and cool, even after hours of playing Far Cry 5, Modern Warfare 3, Watch Dogs 1&2 or his current fav Battlefield 1.
