Easy to install

Rollers were easy to install and are very quiet.

I had steel rollers on mt 18 wide hurricane reinforced garage door and they were noisy because they rattle in the tracks. Ive installed these and sure, the noise was cut in half, no rattle and looks much better with blue rollers. The trick is to clean out your tracks from dirt and any lubricant. Tracks should be dry and clean so the roller could roll inside them. If the rollers slide, they wear out and develop flat spots, like car or truck tires without ABS brakes. Then your door will rattle and make noise.I only lube the torsion springs, cables and joint hinges, never the tracks. Lubricants trap dust, dirt, bugs and then that sticks to the rollers and gets inside the bearings and ruins them. Many will disagree but i dont care who says what, i can see the difference with and without lubed tracks. These rollers actually rolling inside my tracks is what made my heavy garage door much quieter.

Rollers are excellent but ordered the wrong quantity (needed 2 more.) Installed the ones received and they made a significant difference. I contacted the company to purchase 2 more rollers and crickets... If you need the wheels, these are great as long as you recognize if there is any problem, you are on your own...
