The blue rollers are more wear resistant than white, I’ve worked with both plastics in the past. You will get a light noise reduction, metal rollers vs plastic on a metal track, but nothing major. I needed new rollers and these worked well. As for noise, the majority is from the door vibration as it rises and lowers. If you truly want to reduce noise change to a belt driven door lift. They are the smoothest and quietest currently available.

I was having trouble with the 30 year old OEM rollers rusting and falling apart, the garage doors making a ton of noise, and recently a problem with the door shuddering when closing. New springs didn’t do much on their own. I bought these on a whim to see if they would help. They did everything that was advertised. Not only is the door super quiet now, it seems to take less effort to open, shuddering is gone too. I will be replacing the set on the second door as well. Installation was easy, just unscrew the mounts and swap these in. I can’t comment on longevity at this moment, they are only a week old but given the low friction and quiet nature of these, they will likely prolong the life of the belt and door tracks.

These new rollers work great. I would suggest watching some UTube videos as there are several tricks on how to install them. Really quieted down the door operation. Hopefully I can get some years out of it.

The rollers are very easy to install, and reduced the noise a lot. I would recommend watching a YouTube video to safely replace the bottom rollers, but everything else is very straight forward.

These roller really helped an old garage door . Very quiet operation now ,seems to get better by the day. I highly recommend these rollers. It only took about a half hour to change all but the bottom rollers. That is a job for another day when I have more time.

Saved me $300 to have Garage Tech Fix. After estimate from Garage Tech. Garage Tech wanted to install for close to $300. I ordered and replaced for only $35 and under 30 minutes install time. Fast and Easy to install.
