Rollers are excellent but ordered the wrong quantity (needed 2 more.) Installed the ones received and they made a significant difference. I contacted the company to purchase 2 more rollers and crickets... If you need the wheels, these are great as long as you recognize if there is any problem, you are on your own...

My neighbor installed these on his garage door and the improvement in sound level alone was impressive. I ordered and installed 2 sets shortly afterward. These are easy to install, the two rollers on the bottom of the door require a little more attention, but not much. The result is a very quiet door with less drag on the spring and less lubrication maintenance going forward.

I like that theses wheels are quieter then steel wheels. Was easy to install after watching YouTube .

My garage doors are at least 30% quieter after installation. Refer to the YouTube videos on the subject. I have Wayne Dalton garage doors. I utilized the remove the hinge method for all hinges except the bottom rollers. DO NOT REMOVE THE BOTTOM HINGES. Again, refer to the YouTube videos. It took me about 30 minutes per door taking my time. My local garage door company wanted $250.00 per door to change out the rollers. I saved $450.00 by doing it myself.
