The stock metallic rollers on my opener needed replacement. After watching a few videos on garage door opener repair, I opted for the nylon rollers and I’m glad I did. I had to add an additional motion sensor to let me know when the door is operating!

They definitely spin smooth. Very well made! In my garage I did not notice a difference in the noise level. The bulk of my noise is generated by the screw mechanism. Greasing this periodically makes my garage door open and close quieter. Luckily these were not too expensive.

These rollers really made my door quiet. Easy to install and exactly as described I would buy them again, but based on their excellent quality, I probably wouldnt need to for another 10 years if not longer. They are very well made and the bearings are totally silent in operation

Hello to all . my 16 foot garage door had became very noisy & rough. Its about 9 years old & we figured it had been used about 14 to 15 thousand times over that time .. Its now like brand new . 90% better. Easy to replace .

wrong size shaft

Replaced 25 year old rollers. Good quality roller bearing, well made. I cleaned out the hinges that the roller shaft slides in with Brake Cleaner and spray lubed the shaft before installing as well as the rest of the door hinges and springs Made the door operation quieter. Been using door for a couple weeks now. No problems at this time. Very pleased.

These are great. Actually, I use them for an entirely different purpose. Of the ones I have tried, these are the best; including cost.

These things are GREAT! Super easy to replace and VERY quiet! Would definitely recommend them.

Smooth running and quiet, relatively easy to install.

My garage door opener is incredibly quiet, just the hum of the belt but the rollers were clanging. Ya know that sound as it bangs up and down the rails. I installed these and the noise was gone. I was so surprised at how these quieted the door down. If your thinking about it, the do it! They are well worth it. Easy to swap out, just make sure the door is in the up position for the two attached to the cable. No tension in the up position. The rest in the down position.
