I installed this new screen on my iPad 5 the screen looks good but it just doesn’t work correctly there are dead spots on this screen. Plus the adhesive is just terrible. The only good thing about it is it’ll be an easy job to remove to put a quality screen on.

This is much, much cheaper that a new iPad. These digitizers work like a new machine. The pre installed adhesive is a must when replacing the screen. The adhesive is good. I recommend keeping additional pressure overnight on the outer rim of the iPad after replacing. It makes it adhere much better.

Arrived as described, very rapid shipping, quality packaging and jam packed with thoughtful extras to make the job a success. I would buy this again, I would recommend it. I forgot to mention in the original review: Keep your original Apple home button or touch ID wont work AND Check out some of the numerous step by step videos on YouTube before embarking on this repair. You can do it!

Lots of work to get old screen off. Touch ID won’t work with new screen not sure if it’s not a Touch ID compatible button or if a wire is pinched.

Very fragile it broke the next day

Easy to install. All I had to do was watch some YouTube videos

It took some time to install but the finger print doesn’t work and the screen shattered after 4 days so quality is not as great as had hoped
