Only negatives are adhesive could be stronger having some pop up on the sides and cant get mytouch Id to activate now. Other than that it is awesome. Much better option than spending $600 on a new ipad.

It was really hard to find good instructions. There are thousands to videos on YouTube but none that match the exact product.

Anyone can do it yourself. I did, they wanted $130 to replace my iPad cracked screen. I had nothing to loose, but I did it. Tip,,, be patient and not rush.

Once it was installed, everything came together and you will have to remember your password to get into your ipad.

This screen works perfectly! This is the second time I have replaced the screen on this iPad after the same child has managed to shatter it twice WITH the otter box on! This screen was really easy to install and it works great! It also came with two new tools (already had the others) and they’re both some of my favorites now.

Worked great... no adhesive?

The screen replacement was easy to install however, the adhesive is that the best as it lifts from one side of the screen. Also the touch screen does not sense the finger touches from the top so I have to flip the iPad around so that I can slide the turn off options on the the pad.

Product came exactly as described, but should include some instructions as well. Of course I planned on using YouTube, but instructions on what the included tools were for, would have been helpful. Overall, my iPad is almost good as new! With YouTube and a little patience, anyone can do this themselves!

I have purchase a couple of these over the past few years and have always been pleased.
