Zoo Med Hermit Soil Coconut Fiber Brick 650g

One of the shells is unsuitable for hermit crabs. The bag says small/medium but the whole in one shell is way too big for a small/medium crab. By the time the crab would be large enough for that whole, the shell would be too small for the body. Only 4 shells in the bag total. Disappointing quality control.

This product was very hard to use. To use it you have to soak it in water. Which slows you down. And it was very messy. I would not recommend this product and I would not buy it again.

My hermit crabs love this stuff. They travel over it & are able to bury themselves in it very easily.

Our hermit crabs couldnt be happier in their habitat. This bock of coconut soil gave them the amount of soil they needed. Its durable, just dont let any food left over fall on it without cleaning it, because it can cause some form of mold... otherwise, no issues whatsoever with the product. Id buy it again.

After you add water it breaks down into quite a bit!!! My hermit crabs love it!

This product has strong smell like gasoline or something. Cant even return it, already added water and made it expanded.
