1x30 inch Leather Honing Strop Belt Super Strop with White Buffing Compound fits 1x30 Powered Belt Sanders

I used these on my wifes kitchen knifes. She all but ruined the knifes on one of those motor sharpeners. I used a 1x30in 300 grit belt to clean them up and then used these to finish them. She said WOW these are better than when they were new. They slice through a tomato like it was butter. So when she is happy I am happy... Thanks for a good product... I will buy again when needed.

Are use this product on my belt sander to hone my knife

This stropping belt will soon be too stretched out to use. I saw a knife maker in a youtube video turn an old belt inside out, put the compound on it and use it for a strop. When my leather belt is too stretched to stay on the wheels, that’s what I’ll do.

You cant beat the value for the money on this product.

Works pretty well so far, all of all the belt does have a couple of high spots on it that cause small vibration

Received sooner than expected and have not had chance to use yet so not commenting on how long these belts may last and how effective they are. Appear to be good quality and look forward to using them.

Not durable..this product broke within 2 minutes of being out if the package. Didnt even make it onto the sharpening belt. Would not buy again.

Great for using in the honing process of knife sharpening. Just dont track well with my machine (wen 1x30) anymore. Let me clarify, the tracking is straight but it is very bumpy and not consistent or smoove like a normal sanding belt. Not gonna put the blame completely on the belt. Its possible that leaving it in an uninsulated garage cause the properties to change but I wont know until I try other belts.
