> 3 dayThe initial use is 5 stars. After using it, the leather stretched out. It bottoms out on the frame and it wont track if I back it off. I just soaked it to force it to shrink. I think it would be beneficial to have some type of backing on it. I might try to put an old belt under it.

> 3 dayFirst I would like to say that I have never sharpened a knife like I do when finishing with a leather strop on my 1 x 30, these blades are freaking surgical… When I stretched the belt out, which made it unusable, I knew about their lifetime warranty, and was expecting them to send me through the hassle of driving to the post office boxing up the old one and sending it back to them. I was wrong! All I had to do was to contact them, and they had me a new one in the mailbox within two days… They have a lifetime customer with me!

> 3 dayGreat for using in the honing process of knife sharpening. Just dont track well with my machine (wen 1x30) anymore. Let me clarify, the tracking is straight but it is very bumpy and not consistent or smoove like a normal sanding belt. Not gonna put the blame completely on the belt. Its possible that leaving it in an uninsulated garage cause the properties to change but I wont know until I try other belts.

> 3 daythese are junk do not buy, i sent a message to this co. and they blamed harbor freight sander, i told him that i don’t use harbor freight tolls and sent a pic of the sander with the stretched belt that causes the sander to stop as the tensioner gets bottomed out he said he sorry and will send two more out the same thing happened even with putting one on the sander and just turning it on and it jammed amazon has helped me with a full refund, and i need to say thank you for protecting me from getting junk as amazon has always helped me.

> 3 dayBelt stretched on second use. Now rubs the housing of the sander then flies off because it’s too loose. Got the belt wet to shrink it. Stretched out on next try. Can’t use it at all.

> 3 dayThese are very good stopping belts for your 1x30 belt sander. These along with the compound they came with had hairs popping off my leg in just a few passes. Good product and good value The seam where the belts are joined are very smooth and almost not noticeable All this and the warranty make them a no brainer.

> 3 dayI used these on my wifes kitchen knifes. She all but ruined the knifes on one of those motor sharpeners. I used a 1x30in 300 grit belt to clean them up and then used these to finish them. She said WOW these are better than when they were new. They slice through a tomato like it was butter. So when she is happy I am happy... Thanks for a good product... I will buy again when needed.
