Had a small issue with the velcrow - clearly on me as I was no expert installer it turns out - their customer service was superb and the installation is now complete and working as anticipated!

I purchased this product with my fingers crossed it would work in a portable AC exhaust hose application in my travel trailer/toy hauler. As with most toy haulers there is a horizontal type casement window in garage area that opens from the bottom. This product was very easy to install with very simple slight modifications made in the latching area. It performs perfectly!! I’m even able to close the window when not in use without having to remove the product. For the price I am completely blown away how effective it is. I would highly recommend to anyone!!!

It took me quite a while to figure out how to install this in my outward opening crank window. But finally I did. The directions werent all that clear - maybe some actual pictures of how it should go would help. Even the video didnt have pictures, just a line showing where to put the velcro, and nothing for the fabric part. The fabric is a bit too big for my window so I have to deal with that somehow but for now, its up, the AC hose is out and it works fine. Im a bit concerned how it will hold up to wind blowing towards it, as most of the wind here comes from the direction that will stress it. But so far, so good. And also fingers crossed the glue on the velcro doesnt damage the paint when we move (were renting). But it was that or suffer with heat and humidity. The only other option in places like this would be a specially constructed thing, so Im glad I found this and hope it stays on and doesnt rip in the wind.

Allows me to use an air conditioner in an unusual window and still close the window when not in use.

I was worried that the seal wouldnt fit my window for some reason and that I would run into some kind of problem with the install, but everything went smoothly and the product works as described.

I was so excited to receive this as our bedroom gets hot and we have a crank window. It was okay to install, didn’t give a tight seal because of how are window was idk? It lasted a good month before it fell down, in ND, it gets hot AF, and humid, the stickiness of the Velcro came off and I gave up

Used this product on our roll-out window along with a new portable AC unit to keep our upstairs sons room cool during the on-going heatwave this summer. It works great and it took less than 20 minutes to install. Seller follows up with helpful tips to make sure the window seal is working as intended...wonderful customer service!

We only have a door in one area of our house (family room), which never allowed for us to use our portable air conditioner. Thought we would try this to allow to cool us down during the summer months. While it doesn’t fit perfectly on our door (which others reviews noted) it works perfectly!

I used this to put an air conditioner unit in the windows of my kitchen that swing outward. It was not difficult to install, at least for me, because I put things together all the time. However, I will say that the instructions that came with it are pretty useless. It’s all just picture diagrams of what to do and not do with no wording. I couldn’t find anything else that would work for my kind of windows with a portable air conditioner so I would say it’s a good product and I would buy it again.
