It has lowered humidity in my home by 15 percent in 24 hours. It is quiet and is aesthetically pleasing. My only complaint is that I have to regularly empty the collection container because it is only 1.4 Gal. Overall a solid purchase

Based on my experience with dehumidifiers of the 20 years past that were noisy, inefficient, leaked water and overheated the room this dehumidifier is wonderful. Doesnt do any of that. It saves $$$ by making it unnecessary to have an a/c unit installed in your basement. I highly recommend it.

fantastic small quiet machine - dose the job dropped humidity from 71% to 53% in 48 hours - using included hose adapter to floor drain - highly recommend this unit - bought on past reviews of performance and customer assistance - so far its a champ !

The product is easy to set up and seems to work quite well. The only downside so far is that the fan is a bit noisy.

Nicely packed and is doing the job in my crawlspace right now. Humidty level down from 79% to 65%. Trying for 55%, well see how that goes.

This dehumidifier is hands-down, the best you can get! I bought three different dehumidifier for my basement, and this one is absolutely the best. It’s much quieter than all the others, there are no rattling plastic, simple and easy to use! But out of everything the best thing is that it collects almost twice as much water as the other units! I paid full price for this on Amazon and nobody’s paying me to write this review. Yes, it’s that good!
