Came boxed very nice and no apparent damage. Must keep upright and wait 24 hours before first use. Lets see how it goes. Purchased this based off of the great reviews. Will update. Update… I have had this dehumidifier for approximately 2 weeks now and so far so good! I set it to 60 for my basement based on the average humidity scale of between 40 and 80. The dehumidifier will turn on when it hits 64/65 and will turn off at 55/56. I honestly have not sat there and watched it to see exactly when it turns on and off precisely. The high star reviews I have read were right on. The size of this thing is great! In my posted photos I put a 5-gallon DRYLOK bucket next to it for a size comparison. I found that I had a mold issue after I purchased my home and that the fancy industrial dehumidifier that came with the home was not working, even after it was sent out for repairs. The odor of my basement has dissipated completely and it now smells fresh. As you can see from my photos, my basement is ripped apart for a complete renovation. Even with an exposed french drain, allowing moisture to enter the room and so on, this dehumidifier is working like a charm. I am currently using the bucket, which appears quite small, to collect the water. At first, it filled up fast, but after the humidity went to 60 and it maintained as such, I found myself emptying the water only once every 2 days. Only problem I found, now that I have been using it, is that there is a small piece of the bucket handle which is not there. This allows the handle to slip off of the bucket so I have to make sure I am holding it from the bottom to carry it or I will have water all over my floor. Since it is not very large, it is no problem for me. Also once my basement is finished, I will attach the drain hose to it instead so it self drains. As a side note, my drain hose came in a nice spiral and had no kinks in it. The overall sound/loudness of the dehumidifier is not bad at all. Compared to my old one, this is very quiet. There are three settings for fan speed. I keep it on setting 2. Now if I were to have friends over to utilize the space and so on, I may turn it to the low setting (night time mode), which reduces the fan speed/sound and dims the button’s illuminating lights. Hopefully this helps you pick out the right dehumidifier for you! The next update I hope to not have to write is before a 5 to 10 year span, when most dehumidifiers no longer work.

I’ve had it under a month. Seems to work like a de-humidifier should work. Good size bucket. Extremely quiet, nice features, good look. Hope this helps.

Its design is awesome and it is so quiet. I would recommend this to all. I use it in my basement on a raised floor. It works for the whole basement. Couldnt be more pleased.

Purchased this item on sale from Amazon to replace another dehumidifier that had stopped working after many years. This one is smaller than the prior one but appears to be working fine and doing what it is supposed to do to lower the humidity in our basement. very happy!

This dehumidifier is hands-down, the best you can get! I bought three different dehumidifier for my basement, and this one is absolutely the best. It’s much quieter than all the others, there are no rattling plastic, simple and easy to use! But out of everything the best thing is that it collects almost twice as much water as the other units! I paid full price for this on Amazon and nobody’s paying me to write this review. Yes, it’s that good!

Had it a few days. Very impressed so far. Probably the quickest I’ve ever had. Hardly know it’s running.
