This dehumidifier is hands-down, the best you can get! I bought three different dehumidifier for my basement, and this one is absolutely the best. It’s much quieter than all the others, there are no rattling plastic, simple and easy to use! But out of everything the best thing is that it collects almost twice as much water as the other units! I paid full price for this on Amazon and nobody’s paying me to write this review. Yes, it’s that good!

Basement was at 75% humidity. Set the Vellgoo on Comfort mode and the humidity was at 50% the next morning. Great product so far.

Purchased this item on sale from Amazon to replace another dehumidifier that had stopped working after many years. This one is smaller than the prior one but appears to be working fine and doing what it is supposed to do to lower the humidity in our basement. very happy!

Ordered this dehumidifier during black friday and it kept stopping. tried everything i could to get it to work but it seemed like the float in the jug part was faulty. messaged customer service and emma did a great job helping me out. they shipped me a new one and i sent the old one back. the new one has been going non stop for a week now with no issues. it is nice seeing a company who backs their product and quality of customer service.

I bought this to replace a Frigidaire unit that did not last at all. The Frigidaire unit had a one year warranty. Used it for 3 months the first year and 3 months the second year and it died. I replaced it with this unit and it has a 5 year warranty on the condenser and if you apply for the warranty online you can get an additional year on parts and labor. I also applied for a $30 rebate from MassSave. Its a win-win all the way around. And it is very quiet! Customer support is also FANTASTIC! That is VERY important to me. They actually answered my email within a DAY!!!!! Unheard of in todays time. Thank you Vellgoo!!!

I had a few questions with the dehumidifier and the customer care team has been wonderful at answering my questions. This is the second one!! I got some contractors here working a bathroom remodeling and when they come down to the basement for electricity switch or water shutting off, they complained why there is so much static in the basement… lol.
