GREAT PRODUCT!!!. whisper quiet and removes gallons of water from the air in my house. Wish I bought this Vellgoo sooner. Water Mitigation company charged me $4,200 to run dehumidifiers when my house was flooded, I should have just bought this and saved me a ton of money.

I bought this to replace a Frigidaire unit that did not last at all. The Frigidaire unit had a one year warranty. Used it for 3 months the first year and 3 months the second year and it died. I replaced it with this unit and it has a 5 year warranty on the condenser and if you apply for the warranty online you can get an additional year on parts and labor. I also applied for a $30 rebate from MassSave. Its a win-win all the way around. And it is very quiet! Customer support is also FANTASTIC! That is VERY important to me. They actually answered my email within a DAY!!!!! Unheard of in todays time. Thank you Vellgoo!!!

They do a good job on the packaging the dehumidifier was safe from the shipping and handling. On the first day I let it run for 4 hours it picked up all the humidity around my apartment. That it reached to full and I had to empty it out. What I like about too is that it’s rated as efficient dehumidifier on energy star.

It has lowered humidity in my home by 15 percent in 24 hours. It is quiet and is aesthetically pleasing. My only complaint is that I have to regularly empty the collection container because it is only 1.4 Gal. Overall a solid purchase

Great dehumidifier so light and easy to move around, using in finish basement in NYC, quiet and pulls out the moisture.

Nicely packed and is doing the job in my crawlspace right now. Humidty level down from 79% to 65%. Trying for 55%, well see how that goes.

I just plugged it in, but I like the detailed manual and it is very quiet.

After a lot of angst at looking at different units, I took a shot on this product after reading the reviews. I have just had it less than a week but can testify the unit is VERY quiet and I have been running it on the highest fan level. Its definitely doing its job as it has been collecting a full tank of water every day. It maneuvers very easily. The only thing left to be seen is if it will last a long time. I will edit this review in the future.

Purchased this item on sale from Amazon to replace another dehumidifier that had stopped working after many years. This one is smaller than the prior one but appears to be working fine and doing what it is supposed to do to lower the humidity in our basement. very happy!

Works efficiently and is much quieter and a bit lighter than my previous brand. Seems well made.
