> 3 dayI like to use these in place of the wall socket plugs as they are so difficult to remove. I use these where we tend to plug stuff in more often. The only issue I have come across is for some things that I plug in the slide pushes the plug back out a little so it isnt fully plugged in.

> 3 dayThese are the best way to baby proof an outlet. I wouldnt buy anything else, they are so easy to use, nothing to pull out of the outlet just use the plug in your hand to slide the shield to the side and slide the plug in with one motion. Automatically closes behind you when you pull a plug out so even if something is plugged in and a child gets a hold of the cord it will be safe as soon as the cord is tugged out. I used these for my done and 10 years later Ive purchased then again for my daughter they are still the best product on the market.

> 3 dayBut these when I repainted my toddler’s room. They are perfect to keep her safe. Work as expected and are as easy to install as normal outlet covers. Absolutely worth buying.

Greater than one weekWe love these outlet covers. We purchased them for the safety they provide, but we also like the way they look. They are great for covering up old, ugly outlets. They are very easy to install, come with foam insulators and longer screws. Highly recommended.

> 3 daySafest thing I’ve used by far. Even my home inspector was really impressed with them and said they’re the safest he’s seen. We’ve had them installed in two separate homes and would recommend them to anyone.

> 3 dayWe recently had to buy a TON of outlet covers for our toddler. When I purchased them, the cashier (who was a mom) told me that her toddlers new favorite thing is to pull whats plugged in OUT, leaving them exposed. Problem solved since this outlet cover automatically covers! GENIUS! I did deduct one star because some of my electronics wont stay plugged in. Not sure if too heavy or prongs arent as long but my Echo Dot pops right out. Just a heads up for anyone buying!

> 3 dayI do love these and the idea of them. They are super safe. My biggest problem with them is that they are so think things dont stay plugged in easily unless they are cords that dont get touched. Things like a blow dryer, straightener, iron, vacuum where the cord may wiggle even slightly cause them to easily unplug. I wish they were thinner and this is the best option as opposed to stick in safety covers.

> 3 dayBought these covers to help deter my child from the outlets. Installation was a bit cumbersome as the foam has to be placed just right. I also had to adjust some of the outlet receptacles into the wall, but thats more of an installation issue than the product.

> 3 dayMy grandson, who is 2-1/2, has not discovered how to plug something into these outlet covers. And, if he pulls a cord out, the outlet automatically closes and prevents him from replugging the cord. I bought a bunch for my own house.
