Very nice laptop..set up was easy with walk thru directions. Nice color and so much better than my 12 year old laptop.

This Acer Aspire 5 is an excellent laptop for online work, browsing and meetings. The 15.6 screen is really outstanding in quality, the image is bright and the colors are vivid - its absolutely gorgeous. The laptop itself is slim and lightweight - easy to carry in the backpack or shoulder bag.

At first this laptop seems great! I figured with the amount of reviews on it that I’d be worth buying for my college work. After a few times of working my way around the laptop it ended up not working. I’ve had this laptop for maybe two weeks. The touchpad just stopped working & now the keyboard isn’t functioning at all. I tried connecting with customer service and they were absolutely no help. All they told me was they can’t have it returned directly thru Amazon but I can contact the sellers yet customer service said the sell can’t be contacted right now but I can try later. Horrible laptop. Horrible customer service. After paying a few hundred for an item you expect it to be running and working. If not you expect a new one ASAP. Stay away. Amazon isn’t the play to buy a laptop. My opinion but will save you in the long run.

I am not a gamer or a photoshopper. Just wanted a simple laptop to do grading and other less involved things. This is a great laptop. In fact, I was so pleased with it, we got a second one for my teen daughter to use for school.

Computer good for price point. Highly disappointed with Amazon and not honoring monthly payments that we signed up for. After numerous calls and about 5 hours later, we were told we had to return computer and reorder. Buyer beware !

Does what its supposed to do, and does it well.

never had purchased a Acer, have had HP, Dell. Very easy to setup, very thin design, love the lighted keys. So far exceptional runs fast,

I’m very annoyed. Bought this laptop on prime day. I used it once and already had to factory reset. I tried all of the trouble shooting trick none of which worked. Computer would not go past the sign in.
