> 24 hourThis laptop boot pretty fast. But you better upgrade RAM if youre doing graphics and coding work and mostly if you want to run battle royale games on low 720p . It is easy to open, unplug the battery and upgrade RAM and Drive . Ive been using it for more than 8 months now. The fan cool under the laptop so you have to put the laptop at a certain angle if the fan get noisy and no more noise. It is the best choice for my student budget .

> 24 hourMy husband loves this computer! The screen quality is very good. He does not need a lot of storage, so this Acer Aspire 5 is perfect for him.

> 24 hourAt $300 this was a bargain. Yes I added a hard drive, but have not felt the need to increase RAM. A decent selection of ports, decent screen, adequate keyboard and quick starting. Whats not to like?

> 24 hourGreat Value For what you get in a starter laptop. I use a Lenovo Thinkpad P50 daily and have been using top of the line Thinkpad laptops since 2008. So my review will be a very honest and non-biased one. We got this for my grand mother to watch Netflix, shop on Amazon, and browse Facebook on Google Chrome. That is all.

> 24 hourI don’t know much about laptops at all, but at this price... it’s a steal. Only thing that kinda bothers me is that the speakers aren’t as loud as I hoped and the camera quality is not the best either. But it boots up fast, the keys and trackpad feel really smooth, screen quality is fine for the price, also the biggest plus about it is that it’s upgradeable if you’re into that sorta thing. Also, for the people who are wondering, you can take it out of S-Mode which is the first thing I did right when it booted up. Looking forward to using this for college and basic day-to-day browsing.

> 24 hourNot touch screen. My cat stepped on it while closed and now I have a part of my screen that occasionally flashes. He sat on it while I was using it and the s-key popped off. Its not a terrible laptop and handles being moved around a lot (I am a college student) just cant handle getting stepped on by obese cats. Overall its a decent work laptop, no room for gaming tho.
