Llego bastante rápido a chile y fue mucho mejor de lo que imagine, el materias es de muy buena calidad y tiene una resolución excelente, y incluso como cereza al pastel viene con el adaptador de disco duro por si necesitan ampliar el espacio. 10/10

The Acer Aspire 5 A515-46-R14K Slim Laptop is kind of bland. It looks bland and operates in much the same way. It has a mediocre display and so-so performance to match.

This computer has been perfect for my needs. I am not a gamer or professional with my computer. I had only used a cell phone and tablet for about 10 years before I got this computer. It has been a good reintroduction into computers. It allows me to use social media and I have taken a class on spreadsheets to do taxes and it has worked well for that. I am not terribly computer savvy and it’s been easy to navigate. I don’t have children around testing the durability but it feels sturdy. It holds a charge for a day with the amount that I use it.

At first this laptop seems great! I figured with the amount of reviews on it that I’d be worth buying for my college work. After a few times of working my way around the laptop it ended up not working. I’ve had this laptop for maybe two weeks. The touchpad just stopped working & now the keyboard isn’t functioning at all. I tried connecting with customer service and they were absolutely no help. All they told me was they can’t have it returned directly thru Amazon but I can contact the sellers yet customer service said the sell can’t be contacted right now but I can try later. Horrible laptop. Horrible customer service. After paying a few hundred for an item you expect it to be running and working. If not you expect a new one ASAP. Stay away. Amazon isn’t the play to buy a laptop. My opinion but will save you in the long run.

The laptop is probably good; however, we can not get it up and running. I have talked with Microsoft, people at Amazon and several other people. I am at my wits end and havent touched the computer in I do not know how long. I would love to have someone help me get it up and going, but I do not know who. These people that work from home either have to hang up because a child needs attention or some other problem. Mean time the computer I have paid for sits on a counter.

Ive trusted Acer for a long time now. I had an early laptop from them that lasted 7 years till I regifted it (and lasted another 3).

I use this at home, for banking, miscellaneous searching & ordering from Amazon

Literally one day after the 30 day warranty, the laptop wouldnt turn on. Did all the troubleshooting and called their customer service and they did more but still doesnt work. They offer a long process of mailing it to their repair place in Texas.... not worth it
