> 3 dayWindows 10 S limits ability to download non-Microsoft apps. Virtual meetings don’t work. Fingerprint ID is sporadic and doesn’t always work. Small issues to some but takes more time to accomplish work tasks. Great for email and web browsing but not good for work.

> 3 dayLets face it, this is not a laptop designed for high performance gaming or processor intensive design or art work. Instead its a sub 4 pound notebook with standard features and capabilities. The two USB-3s and the USB-C are good, as is the single USB-2 which is perfect for a wireless mouse chiclet. The screen is good but nothing to get excited about. The single HDMI works as advertised as does the the CAT 5, though I would gladly swap the latter for a Display Port or an SD card slot.

> 3 dayI was very pleased with this laptop. I was a little hesitant because Ive never had an Acer laptop before. It came brand new. The quality of the screen meet my expectations & the back light of the keyboard is what I was looking for. I was very impressed with the overall quality of this laptop. This is way better than the Chrome HP laptop I had. If youre looking for a bigger laptop with Windows & new Edge Browser I would recommend this laptop.

Greater than one weekYoure spending $350 for a laptop, so set your expectations accordingly. I saw one review that started I normally use a Macbook Pro . . . and commenced to compare a $1500 laptop to a $350 laptop.

Greater than one weekWe’ve had this over two years and have had zero complaints. My husband doesn’t even use it cell phone guy. I use it to watch JW meetings on zoom sometimes, pay bills, watch recipe videos on YouTube, shop online, read jw.org very basic use but it’s acceptable for office functions and school or college.
