> 3 dayThis Laptop seems to be one that I am comfortable with and I think that with good care and management, it will last for long time. Thanks to AMAZON and the Crew for the introduction and I am sorry I did not purchase a laptop stand also. I will try and get one later on. The features are lovely, HD is excellent, also enhancing the letters makes it even better. I am not a computer wizard, but I find this laptop easy to manage. Much appreciation AMAZON. Thanks.

> 3 dayI loved this laptop until about a month ago. The fingerprint sensor stopped working. Ive tried reprogramming it with no luck. Now, the screen has stopped working on the laptop. I can still connect to an external monitor, but the laptop screen is black only. Since its within a year of the warranty, Ill see if Acer can do anything about it. But now, Ill have to pay shipping and be without a laptop if theyll even be able to fix it.

> 3 daySpent one and a half hours setting up today and loading my content only to find battery not found. Contacted Acer as instructs in the Box for Amazon customers and was disconnected on three times without any call backs. Contacted Amazon and told that I needed to send back to UPS. I did a search and found that as long as two years ago, there was a known battery not found issue with this Acer product. No one at either Acer or Amazon acknowledged it or was even aware of it. Why are refurbished Acer computers being sent out without proper driver fixes to these computers?? Additionally why when being sent among Amazon departments are there no warm transfers and then requested to repeat my product concern repeatedly and then when lost connection with them, no one called back?!

> 3 dayThis Laptop is very nice! I especially like its features. It has a LED light up keyboard, large screen with LED lighting, and easy to touch keys on the keyboard. This laptop loads up very fast and the screen is narrow enough wherein, I can get a wider view.

> 3 dayHello. I bought this laptop on Prime day so I only paid $289 for it. My intentions was to buy the laptop and upgrade the storage and ram since I knew from the start that the ram and NVME SSD will be lacking so I added a 512GB SSD and 8GB of ram to it and took the laptop out of Windows 10 S mode. It was pretty simple if you’re accustomed to taking apart laptops. The laptop itself is well worth it. I like having a good display and a backlit keyboard along with a sufficient amount of storage due to adding an SSD. I mainly use my laptop for storage, web browsing, playing emulators and streaming. I’m very satisfied with the laptop overall after I performed a few upgrades which I highly recommend if you own this laptop. It makes run much smoother.
