Most games Ive tried to play. Have crashed from the Graphics processor not being enough. You can only download the equivalent of mobile games and get them to play. If youre a call of duty fan or any high ending gaming like that, you can hang it up.

This laptop for the price is great in my opinion.

Mine will randomly get blue screen of death. Probably from low memory. Only use it for online class so its not a big issue. No save files on it. Everything is save on cloud. I have a reliable pc for everything else.

Spent one and a half hours setting up today and loading my content only to find battery not found. Contacted Acer as instructs in the Box for Amazon customers and was disconnected on three times without any call backs. Contacted Amazon and told that I needed to send back to UPS. I did a search and found that as long as two years ago, there was a known battery not found issue with this Acer product. No one at either Acer or Amazon acknowledged it or was even aware of it. Why are refurbished Acer computers being sent out without proper driver fixes to these computers?? Additionally why when being sent among Amazon departments are there no warm transfers and then requested to repeat my product concern repeatedly and then when lost connection with them, no one called back?!

My 12 year old computer finally took its last breath and l was forced to buy a new one. I had heard an employee at a major computer outlet talk about the acer computer. I found this online and got a great price on it, even before black friday. Love it...l didnt realize how old my other computer was until l started exploring this one. Easy to use, easy to find instructions, websites, etc. l am glad l purchased this acer and know it will someday be 12 years old too!

At first this laptop seems great! I figured with the amount of reviews on it that I’d be worth buying for my college work. After a few times of working my way around the laptop it ended up not working. I’ve had this laptop for maybe two weeks. The touchpad just stopped working & now the keyboard isn’t functioning at all. I tried connecting with customer service and they were absolutely no help. All they told me was they can’t have it returned directly thru Amazon but I can contact the sellers yet customer service said the sell can’t be contacted right now but I can try later. Horrible laptop. Horrible customer service. After paying a few hundred for an item you expect it to be running and working. If not you expect a new one ASAP. Stay away. Amazon isn’t the play to buy a laptop. My opinion but will save you in the long run.

I purchased a similar acer laptop in November 2021. I did not use the computer for the next 8 months because I had one provided by my job. I got vacation break in June 2022, therefore I began to use the acer laptop. Within six months of usage, the bottom half of the screen began to show blank (black). One week after that, the whole screen became totally black, even though the keyboard had light in the background. I have never had a acer laptop before, but other laptops that I have had, lasted for many years. Buyers Beware this product is of low quality.

With amazon prime, the laptop came in faster than ever. The sleek design of the laptop compares to those that are double the price of this one. I ended up buying this laptop during Amazon prime day saving $100. This was a steal of a laptop. With the ability to add additional ram and hard drive, this makes the laptop a powerhouse. As a college student, I couldnt be happier with the purchase.

I have tried everything and my computer would not turn on. Outrageous. I have taken it to two computer technicians and they are saying they do not know what the problem is. It should turn on but it is not. Do not buy unless you like throwing away your money.
