> 24 hourSeriously, this thing is amazing. Great performance, nice battery life, and a smooth keyboard. Can be upgraded too, as I added more ram and storage. This is an awesome device, and I love using it for college. I am studying renewable energy engineering, and I promise you that this is a great laptop for any college studies or basic usage.

> 24 hourThey changed the internal design on the Ryzen 3 3550u version and I didnt know about it. They removed 1 of the ram slots and 1 is now soldered on so both ram sticks cant be upgraded like the Ryzen 3 3200u version. I was under the impression that both slots were upgradable since Acer America replied to 2 customer questions saying that both memory slots are upgradable but they likely were taking about another version that was listed. This led me to spend $70 extra for 2 8gb sticks that I didnt need. Also the battery isnt even screwed in!

> 24 hourAt $300 this was a bargain. Yes I added a hard drive, but have not felt the need to increase RAM. A decent selection of ports, decent screen, adequate keyboard and quick starting. Whats not to like?

> 24 hourEasy to update and preforms well for price. After a month of use, I cannot think of anything that I wish they would include. A great mid-tier laptop.

> 24 hourI have not been able to use my laptop properly since I purchased it and it is not returnable. I will think twice before purchasing something like this from A.as on again!

> 24 hourI recently bought this laptop after recommendation from my work IT guy. I needed new work computer on a budget and this fit the bill. I also ordered an additional 16 gb of memory for it.

> 24 hourFor $350, I expect a laptop thats basically a piece of junk, and this completely exceeded my expectations. Im just a college student and dont need anything fancy, and obviously also dont have a ton of money to spend on electronics. Im more than happy with this computer. I saw some people complain about the screen quality, as well as the speakers and the touchpad, but honestly I havent noticed an issue with any of them at all. The screen quality is a little less than my old laptop but I dont notice it really, if youre into gaming and stuff it might be annoying but for daily use and movie watching I think its good, once again you are getting more than what youre paying for in the first place. Its relatively light, has lots of outlets which I always appreciate. The speakers are just fine for me, the loudest Ive ever put them is at 50% volume, so in my opinion theyre plenty loud enough. The trackpad has never given me any issue so far. The S Mode thing is annoying, but easy to disable, even though I havent done that yet and honestly might not because Im just a casual user and it isnt a huge deal to me. All in all, Im very impressed at the quality, considering how low the price is. This is absolutely the best thing youre gonna find for this price range. Im really glad that I went with my gut and picked this laptop over the Lenovo one that I was considering. My last Chromebook that I loved and lasted me four years was Acer, and I decided to go ahead and stick with Acer since I trust the brand and theyre known for making great durable products for cheap, which is what I wanted. If youre looking for something high end and fancy, this isnt for you, but if you want the cheapest laptop possible with the most capabilities possible, then this is what you want to get.
