At first the laptop was great but a couple months later I hate it. The fan is super loud like some other reviews I read but it doesn’t bother me that much. What bothers me is the screen constantly crashing. It will go black and come back in and out all the time. Sometimes I need to restart the laptop bc the screen won’t go back to normal or if it does all my content and browsers are frozen. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Very happy with this laptop. Havent experienced any of the issues others have had. Probably fixed by Windows and Acer updates after setup was complete. Very fast with SSD drive compared to my previous laptop. Added 1TB HD in second drive bay with included mounting hardware.

Well my last laptop was pretty old, it was an Acer though with ADM , this one is so much better than that one ever was.

Broke down on me after only 6 months of light use. Acer has a warranty, but makes you pay for shipping it (and insuring it) to Texas then takes *forever* to repair. Won’t restore your data either. I’ve been without a computer for 3 weeks now. I feel bamboozled. My last Acer Laptop broke down after 3 years. You’d think you’d get at least 5 years of use out of them. No longer will I support this company.

I do not game but I do watch videos, read the news, and shop. This laptop works pretty well for those things.

Screen quality is subpar. Dim lacks brightness and definition

It’s a great laptop for work and watching videos. Would not recommend for gaming. It can play some indie titles or old games like Max Payne 1 but if your looking for something that can run a AAA game then you should look at something more expensive

Great product for the money

Far from a great laptop, and for the price. It is already starting to slow down, and if i could return it i definitely would. Very short battery life, not a whole lot of memory, and as it has only been around 2-3 months, i can tell i will need a new one within the next few months already. would not reccomend, however i still enjoy acer laptops, so my next one will still be an acer.

This laptop is for my dad, a senior citizen over 75 years old. He likes to read news, facebook, some light picture edition, watch Netflix and movies, and take his laptop with him, whatever he goes.
