Bought this computer for my mom. Was hesitant as we normally always get Dell computers but it seems to be pretty decent and she loves it. Very quick and responsive.

Ive never had a laptop before. My son recommended this one for me and its been great for everything I need. I dont play a lot of games, but its been good for the ones I use. The only thing Id change is that the sound isnt quite loud enough for streaming movies. Its better with a headset, but that doesnt work out for more than one person! I did change the volume setting in Settings, so I know its at its maximum.

I have a problem with the computer. I received it today but the keyboard is not working well. It has inverted two symbols @and . What can I do? Thank you joshy

So far it’s done well. Boots up fast and it isn’t loud like some reviewers have said.

Its alright

Unit was receive with two scratches under the acer logo in aluminum vessel. Is minimal but bothersome other wise okay, purchase for work travel will update accordingly.

At first the laptop was great but a couple months later I hate it. The fan is super loud like some other reviews I read but it doesn’t bother me that much. What bothers me is the screen constantly crashing. It will go black and come back in and out all the time. Sometimes I need to restart the laptop bc the screen won’t go back to normal or if it does all my content and browsers are frozen. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
