This laptop is really great! The only thing I would say is that the fan makes noises sometimes, but other than that I really like it

I purchased two of these and they seem to be decent laptops for the money, but reliability is a problem and I am disappointed by the warranty service. One still continues to function, while the other one died after about 9 months. Acers warranty policy is to have me pay to ship it to them (~$40), then get it fixed within 15 to 20 days from the time it is received and then ship it back to me. So, one of my sons will be without a laptop for over a month. I have been purchasing desktop computers and laptops for 30 years and this is the first computer that has actually died on me. I just hope the second one doesnt die a month after the warranty period ends. I wont be buying an Acer product again.

Everything, we did a lot of research on the product!!! It is exactly as it is advertised!!!

It’s a pretty awesome buy for what I paid I really like the screen, it boots up in an like 5 seconds and runs great!

This was a nice laptop for my son for college. Weve had it 2 years exactly and the charging port no longer works unless you manipulate it just right. Since its soldered to the motherboard you have to replace the whole thing which is expensive and so far difficult to find. Looking like were going to have to replace the whole laptop because the single charging port.

I use this when we travel so I can keep up with work. So slim, sleek and fast. Great computer!

I initially thought this was a ok value. Not for gamers but solid performance for a reasonable price ...that lasted for about a year. Now, at about the 14 month mark (after the warranty is up of course), I had a dead key which I replaced thinking Id done something. More keys followed on a different side of the keyboard. They work sometimes and dont other times. Im meticulously clean about my laptop. I researched it and found many other A515 keyboard issue complaints - multiple keys fail with no user-caused explanation like spills, etc. Ive tried every troubleshooting suggestion with no luck. Some users have had the keyboard replaced only to experience the issue again.

I was needing a new laptop for work and my nephew recommended this one who had already done all the research so I just bought it. Great decision! Very fast, easy to use, love that they keyboard lights up at night. Price is good too.
