The Bad:

A little slow for that kind of processor with that much RAM. Overall, its still not too bad for the price.

Works perfectly, Amazing Laptop. It can games like CS:GO and Fortnite. Great for school and good for CS and Fortnite. Very Powerful. Touch ID works 9.5/10 times. Bought for school and is very powerful even works for gaming. Great for budgets when on sale. Bought for $300-400. 10/10 would recommend.

Every thing is good with this PC, the only problem is that you dont know when the caps lock is on, example, if you are typing a passwoord, and you cant see the letters dont know if Aa Rr etc... Should be a diferente color light or something to know

We received our laptop early enough to check it out before my kiddos started back to school. All was well until this week! My daughter went to use it and the touchpad didnt respond. We hooked up a usb mouse and it worked fine, but if the touchpad is not working thats not looking good for the longevity of the laptop. Will be in contact with the seller today!

Sleek and modern with a large 1080p screen, this is a great choice for watching movies, running office apps, or games that are not GPU/CPU demanding. Its obvious a lot of thought went into the details. The USB ports can be used for charging, theres one USB 2, two USB 3.1 and one USB C 3.1 port. Wired and wireless networking (using the newest ac wireless standard), fingerprint reader, large touchpad, full sized keyboard AND a numeric keyboard.

Love the screen size, lightweight.

Lasted exactly to the end of the warranty and the motherboard went out. Called acer support, they said they can’t help And that I needed to go to an authorized repair facility. Being military, of course there was not one even close to me.

Pc did not work and was not able to use even after reinstalling windows and working though trouble shooting. Plus side is quick and easy return
