> 3 dayThe hardware form factor for this convertible is excellent. Unfortunately, if you are familiar with the Windows OS, youre going to HATE the Chrome operating system and quickly run into its application limitations. This could be a good choice for students whose school has standardized Chromebooks or someone on a budget that doesnt allow for a Windows convertible like the amazing Lenovo Yoga. This gift was sold As New shortly after purchase.

> 3 dayThe chromebook described is not what was delivered. This was not a 2-1 laptop, foldable into a tablet form, but instead a regular laptop style.

> 3 dayLearn from our mistake and dont waste your money! We purchased this product in mid-December. Not even two months later, it completely died -- wouldnt boot up, wouldnt charge. We sent it back to Acer for repair, since it was under warranty. They had to replace the motherboard. They sent it back, and it worked...for four hours. Then died again. Acer now wants us to send it back again for another repair and refuse to issue another device or a credit. Well see what Amazon might be willing to do, but in the meantime -- please do yourself a favor and dont buy an Acer.

> 3 dayThis little laptop provides just enough for an 80+ parent or a kid under 12. They need minimal software.
