> 3 dayI wasnt sure about the 128 memory but i was very impressed with the design and style of this. It is very versatile with the spin feature if you need to use the keyboard, but the ability to spin it and use as just a touch screen is really great. The response of the touch screen is especially impressive as most items with this versatility lag a bit

> 3 dayTurned on easily. Was completely dead when I opened it but once I plugged it in, it started right up. Very easy to login and get started. All my Google accounts were uploaded and saved as soon as I logged in. It works great. I love the size of the screen. It comes with a very nice case to keep it clean and protected. I have some issues with the screen touch as you can see in my video it didnt really read my finger when I was trying to swipe up. Using the mouse pad it works smoothly though. I used my phone charger to try and charge it but I quickly switched to the actual plug because it doesnt really charge that great with a regular cord. It says that its to low to charge properly. Its a little heavy but I think its just like any laptop. The sound is decent. Its actually quite loud. I got this to use for online school and so far this has been great. Works with a regular stylus pen but again like my finger, it doesnt read it very well. The screen is much stronger than any regular laptop but obviously not like an actual Chromebook which is glass. It charges very quickly. Its great for any student.

15-04-2025This is my second chromebook, both are the Acer brand. I really enjoy the security, the ease of use, and the touchscreen. I keep it next to my recliner and grab it several times a day to check the news, do some research, some shopping, or read up on email etc. So glad I decided to give the chromebook a try.

> 3 dayComputer is pretty good but it lags sooo much. It takes so much time to load that I just reset it everything something doesnt work. Using apps is the worst cause its just the circle over it showing that its loading but it ne er comes on, I have to shut it down and reboot it. Then when it comes on I cant click restore what I was on because it would bring up all the apps I tried with the loading circle again. If I only had one I would say its just a faulty one, but I ordered 2 and they are both the same.

> 3 dayIve owned or used PCs since the late 1980s. Ive been a builder since the early 1990s. USB-C, USB-A, Wifi, Bluetooth, a reasonably up-to-date processor, 8GBs RAM, 128GB flash memory, and a webcam. All those specs are pretty ho-hum. Luckily, its running Chrome OS, which is made to run light, but that doesnt mean this hardware is not well-made. It is. Its a perfectly integrated experience, and Chrome OS does the job just fine; performance is good, wifi connectivity is fast. The battery is excellent. The laptop materials are well made. Its a convertible with a touchscreen that works well with a pen. At this price point, thats saying something, and they throw in a nice case. The display isnt bad, but I do wish it was full HD. If you havent tried a Chromebook, this is a great candidate.

> 3 dayI hoped to use this for our 5-8yo kids. Its so frustrating to use. Simple apps often dont load or they crash. Some games cant run because it doesnt seem to even have the CPU power to run them. This is stunningly bad performance. Maybe its a fluke, I dont know. But we never use it and our kids are instead using a super old 1st or 2nd generation iPad that does a better job.

> 3 dayI am highly impressed with the Build quality of the Acer Chromebook Spin 311, It does everything I was expecting it to do like Web Browsing, Email, Youtube, entertainment, longer battery life, quick turn on or turn off, etc. tasks extremely well, and at this price point, This is definitely a winner with an added bonus of a Touchscreen, Its easy to carry with all necessary Ports you need and more. This feedback is from an IT professional with 20+ years of experience in computers. I have Apple MacBook Pro and HP Z Book for development work that requires heavy processing power. Highly Recommend it, If you have the right expectations! [Note that Its not for Gaming]
