> 3 dayI cant understand why people even give this Chromebook such an overblown rating. If its meant for the Internet or getting your work done while online, then it fails miserably. How are you to get your stuff done when you cant even open 5 tabs without it getting super sluggish? If you just want to be online with just one or two tabs open, then, by all means, buy this Chromebook. If you want to get real work done, buy a laptop with higher processing power.

> 3 dayI love this laptop! I needed something light for basic tasks such as work, streaming, and casual games, and it is perfect for those tasks!. I love the fact that ChromeOS syncs with my Google account and all of my stuff is right here.

> 3 daySo far I have had no complaints. It was very easy to set up. The battery life is more than adequate. The biggest thing for me was only adjusting to the operating system. Until now, I have only used windows laptops for the last twenty plus years. Before that I had an Apple. Its been easy so far, though I still have difficulties with right-clicking with the trac-pad. I have easily avoided this by using a wireless mouse.

> 3 dayThis works pretty well if you are just going to be web browsing or watching some videos. Its a bit slow in terms of installing/running apps. But I find its small size, lightweight and good battery life make it very convenient to use when you dont really want to haul around a full size laptop. I might in the future consider spending a little bit more for a faster processor. But thats about the only criticism I have for this.

> 3 dayWorked great for the first month, then started shutting down, and losing the OS, telling me it was either gone or corrupt. Would NOT recommend this. Since it worked for the initial month, it was past the return to Amazon date, so now I have to go through Acer to get it fixed. Way more hassle than I expected when I bought it.

> 3 dayThis Chromebook is pretty good for the price point--its nice that it has the tablet-style hinge. I wanted to confirm for others looking at this, that unlike what some other reviewers have posted, I got the exact product as advertised: the model number is CP311-2H-C7QD, which is the 2021 model year release.
