Slightly over a year after purchase it will no longer turn on.

Because this laptop is convertible, at this price point its quite a bargain.

Great resolution and very fast. Bought it used from Amazon and its a very good value for me.

Easy to set up and use. Its very fast but I ordered it with additional RAM. It is for personal use. Its very lightweight, has tough construction, and built like a tank. This was a gift for my hubby and his review.

I purchased in Oct 2022. After using the unit for a few weeks, I have concerns about the battery. It gets very hot. The bottom of the unit gets hot enough to be uncomfortable when I have it resting on my chest while surfing (in my recliner). I have a shirt on yet the heat from the bottom is enough to have me looking for a towel to use as a pad. Also, this unit replaced an ASUS chromebook that is years older yet the ASUS seems to load websites faster. Finally, the touchpad is not nearly as sensitive as the ASUS. I often have to tap twice to get a reaction. There also seems to be an occasional issue with loading facebooks short videos. After they load, you cant close the window by clicking x in the upper corner. You have to scroll back using the back arrow on the browser bar. Annoying.

This is a great laptop, and it works very well......unfortunately I had to return it because it was heavier than I wanted.....went back to a tablet.

My first Chromebook and I love it. Its fast. Light. I dont miss anything Windows related. Been recommending it to a lot of people.

This is a great chromebook. We have been using it to watch youtube and browse the internet for learning & research in our workshop. Its fast and the foldable feature makes it perfect for our use case. Highly recommended!

It is a fair to middling machine that handles most day to day tasks, as expected from something at this price point. Besides some slight compatibility issues, the only real problem I have is the fact that the battery has degraded exponentially since initial purchase. After just 20 charging cycles the most I can get out of it is about 4 hours of light use before searching for an outlet. That is a far cry from the 10+ that was promised. Otherwise, it is a capable device, just not one you can trust to stay charged up and ready to go.
