> 3 dayA holiday guest has given this device a major workout over this holiday weekend, giving it praise for its speed and the clarity of its display. Responsive keyboard is a plus—light, thin design makes it an easy tote, as well. Flexibility of use, handy stylus, all make this Chromebook reliable for many uses.

> 3 dayPurchased this on Cyber Monday. I previously had an HP Chromebook 14 and wanted another Chromebook. The screen is really nice, but has pretty big bezels (this empty space is similarly noticeable above the keyboard). Overall, just a bit bigger/heavier than youd expect a 13.5in laptop to be. Speakers sound pretty good, but they are on the bottom so they get distorted sometimes. Battery is pretty good so far. Performance is quick, but the fan on the bottom can get kinda noisy sometimes when doing something that isnt just basic browsing. I was playing a game (Helix Jump) and it at times was laggy, but performance was largely solid. Keyboard is good, but the weird bright spots when the backlit keyboard lights are on are definitely noticeable---though I dont really mind them. Stylus is kinda neat, however can ONLY be removed from a specific angle (tablet mode-ish) so be careful when trying to remove it. The lip to actually lift the screen off of the keyboard is extremely small and definitely tricky at times to open. Hope this provides a more informed purchase.

> 3 dayFirst, I got a brand new machine from Amazon. I updated to the latest ChromeOS and let my kid use it. We noticed graphic glitches when playing Roblox. Then only a couple of days in ownership it hanged hard during game. I powered down the machine and it did not boot up after that. I tried a lot of things suggested from the Internet and nothing worked. I had to resort to using the recovery image and wipe the whole machine and that still did not work after the recovery. The machine eventually worked normal the next day. Then it hanged again within the first week while using Zoom. That time I was able to reboot. Because of these problem in the first week I returned the machine.

> 3 dayThis is my first Chromebook, so my review is about the hardware not the OS. Everything worked fine from the start up. The screen was a lower resolution than what Im used to, but I was able to use it just fine. My only complaint is after learning to use Chrome OS I decided to reset it so everything was fresh, and the touch screen stopped working. I Tried several fixes and still no touchscreen.

> 3 dayIve been a Windows user since the beginning of computers and I didnt think I would ever switch. I was going to buy an iPad but I needed a laptop. When I heard about Chromebook, I did a lot of research and watched reviews on Youtube. I learned that this Chromebook has the features of iPad that I wanted, and regular laptop that I needed, so I finally decided to pull the trigger and shopped around for this specific model and spec, but I could not find it anywhere but Amazon, so I ordered it. I am very pleased with it. It is fast, easy to use, and very convenient. I can use it as an iPad and as a standard laptop. I downloaded all Office apps that I normally use in my old Windows computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) and I can access all files I created in Windows from my OneDrive. I highly recommend this laptop.
