> 3 dayThis is my second Chromebook and, coincidentally, my second Acer. I purchased my first Acer Chromebook (Acer C910-54M1 15.6-Inch LED 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) Chromebook - Intel Core i5 i5-5200U 2.20 GHz - Black) back in June of 2015 as a way to move away from my 13 MacBook Pro. Excellent experience with that particular Acer Chromebook and felt I was ready to step up to something else. So glad I picked this new Acer Spin 13 instead of the Google Pixelbook 2 I originally had my eyes on. Would have made a nice pairing with my Google Pixel 2 XL phone, but the Acer Spin 13 fits the bill nicely. Great screen, excellent backlit keyboard, vibrant colors, serious horsepower, and the battery lasts quite a long time.

> 3 dayExcellent hardware specifications for the current $599 price. I wanted better performance than the usual budget Chromebook, but I didn’t want to pay a premium. Google had their refurbished Pixelbook with the i5 for $699. It does not come with a stylus and there is not a place to garage it on the Pixelbook. I like that Acer used Wacom EMR for stylus support and the passive stylus garages in the bottom of the Spin 13.

Greater than one weekComplete garbage. Does not work after a month of use. Makes you create new password then locks you out asking for your old password. Manufacture troubleshoot is just to reset. Then you are in the same problem of logging in.

Greater than one weekI wasnt expecting Deep Thought or anything. I know Im buying a notebook for $300 but it lags really badly right out of the box. Even just opening Chrome after it boots up you have to wait yp to 10 seconds for the mouse cursor to respond again. Theres only one account registered on it, I dont save anything locally or in the cloud I use an external drive. I really only use it to draft emails and manage some documents for my nonprofit support group.

> 3 dayThis is my first Chromebook, so my review is about the hardware not the OS. Everything worked fine from the start up. The screen was a lower resolution than what Im used to, but I was able to use it just fine. My only complaint is after learning to use Chrome OS I decided to reset it so everything was fresh, and the touch screen stopped working. I Tried several fixes and still no touchscreen.
