Greater than one weekI bought my Acer Spin 13 Chromebook in 2019. I chose this Chromebook because it came with a i5 intel CPU, 8 gigs of ram and 126 gb of eMMC storage. Lastly, the big deciding factor was the ability to use a EMR stylus that works with Samsung Note device screens.

> 3 dayNOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Bought this slightly less than a year ago. Brand new but appeared to have been dropped in transit or at the warehouse, straight out of the package as one hinge was off a bit, but seemed to work so I kept it instead of waiting to ship it back and wait for another. The battery only lasts about 2-2 1/2 hours w brightness down low. That is only online, not even gaming.

> 3 dayEasy to set up and use. Its very fast but I ordered it with additional RAM. It is for personal use. Its very lightweight, has tough construction, and built like a tank. This was a gift for my hubby and his review.

> 3 dayI absolutely love this beautiful chrome book. It took some adjusting for me to go from a regular desktop to a chrome book, where everything is done in the cloud, but since I have been using dropbox and other online programs for storage, photo editing, etc., the transition has been overall going smoothly.

> 3 dayI was able to find a Chromebook Spin 13 as an Open Box (but never taken out of the box) on EBay for $479. Id been agonizing between the hp x360 14 vs Asus flip c434, when I became aware of this. After some research, I quickly realized this is probably the best Chromebook (specwise) that you can get... and nobody really considers it because its largely for a Business Audience and the price isnt especially practical. If you are spending the retail price and you need something for business, youll probably get a Windows 10 machine. However, at $479 (no tax/free-shipping), it was a no brainer. High resolution screen, Stylus, Intel Processor, Fully convertible, back-lighted keyboard, great speakers, 10hrish life, great keyboard, etc... its really perfect. Would I have ever got one for $799? No, and Id have missed out. Anyway, if you can find one at a good price (or you just dont care about price), its pretty darned perfect if you want a Chromebook.

> 3 dayOriginally, my plan was to purchase a pixel slate because I needed a device that I could use to draw and wanted something that could detach from the keyboard, but the more reviews I read, the more I began to think this would be a bad idea, so I looked into Chromebooks and Im glad I did. Eventually, this machine will replace both my Windows laptop and my Android tablet. This would not have been possible without the addition of both the Google Play store and the Linnux terminal. Through Linnux Ive got a fully functional version of GIMP and through Android I have Sketchbook. Going from Office to Google docs is a bit of an adjustment, but I *think* Ive found all the functionality I need for formatting books.
