I ordered two of these and one came pretty decent quality and the other came as the same but a different monitor? One is more, how do i word this, bad quality as one is good, one is more stiff and the monitor feels straight as one the monitor starts skinnier at the bottom and as it goes to the top it gets wider, I would say buy this but I dont know the honest review, I mean again one came pretty alright for the price and one just came complete low quality and not that good.

The Acer Gaming Monitor is a perfect monitor for the listed price. A 1ms response time along with a maximum 75hz refresh rate combine for a deadly picture quality. Pros: -This particular monitor comes with solid buttons on the bottom right corner for power and menu options. Compared to the touch sensor found on other monitors, these buttons are very responsive and make way for a great range of picture enhancements all interchangable by the user. -Response time of 1ms means that you will get instantaneous changes in picture depending on what the user is doing. -The size of the monitor(23.6in) is great as you can scale from the native 16:9 to lower aspect ratios such as 4:3, perfect for adjusting to certain games or videos. Cons: -The stand that the monitor sits on prongs into 3 different directions, each about 4 inches long. Make sure desk space is ample enough to handle the area covered by these three legs. TL;DR This monitor is perfect for entry-level competitive gaming, and an excellent choice for any user looking for any kind of casual gaming experience. A fast response time paired with built in speakers creates an enjoyable environment that is most likely a step up from your previous monitor.

I had purchased this monitor to take advantage of my 2017era gaming laptop with the idea of upgrading it at some point for a quality piece. This acer is pretty nice actually and after using it for 1080p gaming for a solid 5 months I see no reason to upgrade anytime soon. Works great and has a noticeable difference with AMD FreeSync compatible hardware.

A relatively inexpensive monitor (especially when on sale) that offers good picture quality and a fast refresh rate of 144hz. Pros: The screen is coated with a matte finish that helps to eliminate reflections 100 x 100 VESA holes for mounting an incorrectly named Black Boost feature (should have been named shadow boost) which increases visibility within shadows Easy to use front-facing controls for the very user-friendly OSD menu 1ms response time low blue light filter Cons: Tilt-only, No rotation or height adjustment TN panel looks good when sitting in front of it but viewing angles are limited. Also, if you plan on using this monitor for photo editing or creation using tools like Photoshop, I would recommend a comparable IPS display instead. TN panels suffer from color shifting which means the colors arent always uniform depending on the angle you are viewing. This is normal for TN panels and shouldnt affect gaming. 4-watt speakers are a joke and sound horrible. Free-sync only Overall, a great monitor especially for the price that allows for faster refresh rate gaming with good contrast that wont break your budget.

love that its a reasonable size, and it takes care of your eyes. My husbands last monitor gave him a headache and this monitor doesnt harm your eyes at all. I like that its bright and clear

TLDR: it flickers off and on at the worst times and its so unpredictable that I wish I returned it. Let me start off by saying that this monitor is VERY satisfying to use...when its not flickering!!! Within the first day of getting it I was having flickering issues. I looked up some solutions and did some gsync disabling (this was the only monitor with 144hz that wouldnt drain my bank but it has free sync and not g sync sadly) and cable changes but it works for a while and then Ill get days where it flickers 6 TIMES IN A ROW. Its driving me NUTS. I would have returned it already and gotten a new one(NOT from Acer) if we werent in a weird spot for monitor stocks and deliveries. My boyfriend has a familiar model (just a 25in instead of 27) and it works amazing. And yes this could just be a dud but its also a well-known issue in Acer monitors for their panels being poorly built and tested in other models. So once theres a chance of new stock I may just sell this one off (Im past return date :/ I tried to give it a chance) and get an ASUS or BENQ.

Great product. The viewing angles are pretty good, not great, but as expected for the price point. The features are nice for gaming. It includes options for cross-hairs for games that do not have them built in. It also has good ports. The two HDMI ports are very useful if you have a desk setup that utilizes multiple screens or if you want to hook up another console or PC. The speakers are not amazing or very loud, but good enough for typical Youtube and movie watching. If you play games with positional audio you will want headphones or decent speakers. Over all it is a very good panel for a very competitive price. Most gaming screens are in the $200- thousands of dollars range, so this is a good option for entry level people who just want a decent screen or for those looking for a 1080p work space screen.

Picture is good, about as expected for the price. The biggest issue for me is that the size of the bezel in the pictures on the ad appear to be much smaller than they actually are. I assume the actual bezel sizes are listed somewhere, but the visual representation is usually much more helpful to understand how thick/thin bezels are on monitors. To me, the pictures make the bezels seem much thinner than they are. Other than that I have no complaints about the monitor.
