Not enough ram. It only has 16 gigs of ram. Not enough storage. It only has 512 Gts SSD. The only 1TB device is a spinner. The networking adaptor is garbage. It slows down, and drops connection, nearly three times a day. Frustrating when youre trying to use Flight Simulator 2020s photogrametry scenery, and next thing you know, it switches you to offline mode, and you lose all your weather data, and the scenery goes to crummy looking auto-gen that looks nothing like what you were flying over. Sick of it. I now have to look for a network adapter. The graphics card, which I got this machine for, is an Nvidia RTX 3070, which is pretty good. Only wish I ACTUALLY had access to all the ram. Dell have slouched, and slipped back to shared ram, which really holds you back. Youre better off building your own machine, IF you can find the parts.

Was looking for benchmark results when considering this computer and didnt find any so here it is. 3D Mark Time Spy 1440p combined score 15,580 Graphics score 17,452 CPU Score 9,692 For the price I feel like it was a good value and a much needed upgrade from my 7 year old pc. I have been using for 6 months and this was my first with an AMD processor. Even with the water cooler it does run much hotter than my old I7 Intel. That being said it has been a solid reliable system and hasnt overheated or anything. Just used to my watercooled I7 staying around 55° under full load while this one has hit 80° while gaming. I would recommend it to a friend. Just wish it had more M2 slots for adding more ssd.

I e been an Intel user for my entire PC life but couldn’t afford the bump from $3000 to $5000 for the Ryzan 9 box to be an Intel I9 box even with the higher end Nvidia RTx

*UPDATE* Dell customer support just told me this computer was already over 200 days old when I bought it nov 12. I wake up every single morning to this PC blue screened. The only things ive installed on it is discord, chrome and world of warcraft. Ive done all the windows updates. Ive updated drivers. Bios wont update. Tried to contact dell but it would hang up on me everytime I put in my PC number. Finally called and just said operator twice to talk to a human. A nice lady in India read me a script of trouble shooting tips that I could have googled so I hung up. Oh and the liquid cooling system has a tick tick, pause, tick tick, pause, tick tick, pause sound coming from it.. Dont buy alienware no matter what kind of deal you can get on it.

I bought this in good faith since Ive had great luck with my Alienware laptop, but this desktop was a hunk of junk. Out of the box with no programs or games installed it was laggy and crashed a couple times giving blue screens. I reinstalled windows and then installed some games, games would go through huge lag spikes and crash, and every now and then It would get another blue screen. My laptop never had any of these troubles. The Desktop even blue screened when emptying the trash bin or when installing updates. I ended up installing windows 10 on it incase 11 was the problem and it still didnt help, I installed the updates directly from Dells site and it didnt help, I was on tech support for days and they didnt help. This was a complete waste of time. Maybe I just got a bad one, but you would think for how expensive these are they would do some kind of testing before selling them.

Received computer, set it up and ran it for 24 hours, over night I am guessing it performed windows updates or something but it was stuck at black screen. Contacted dell who, trouble shoot issue and said mobo was bad. They refused to replace entire thing they wanted to send out a 3rd party tech who may or may not be competent enough to basically replace the heart of the computer, then put everything back properly including CPU and liquid cooling.... No thanks. I called Amazon and they had replacement sent out immediately. Otherwise great system for the price.

Not sure what the deal was, but this PC had a corrupted Windows installation right off the bat. It would give blue screen after blue screen when attempting to boot into Windows. Fortunately, I was able to factory reset the Windows installation via the Alienware image in OS recovery. After that, everything has been working wonderfully. Hell of a deal on Prime Day, too; about $1k off the usual list price.

I’m very disappointed in the care of delivery This is a gift and I am embarrassed to give it due to the condition of the package. Everything is in the box and appears to be in good shape, hoping that it is!
