Greater than one weekthis has been an amazing PC since i got it, i had a little issue with Windows 11 but was able to fix that by jumping back down to windows 10. Overall, everything i throw at this thing has worked with no issues at all. I mainly play GTA RP, COD, Fortnite and right now i picked up sea of thieves. I play on high settings and get around 90-120 FPS. I do think the ram could be upgraded a little bit and would look into getting 32GBs right away.

> 3 dayI bought a intel i5 12300kf about a year and a half ago and after downloading the games that i wanted and could easily run them with the 3060 that was with it started bottlenecking and couldnt handle anything. it wouldnt even run the browser when i fired it up. This pc starts all my differnt gaming apps immediately all the while being able to start up any app right when it fires up. Ive never felt i needed to overclock it. If feels like night and day. You know you have a powerful computer when you restart it and it starts all your applications right as you get to youre home screen. AND i have a custom backround screen that is using the graphics.

> 3 dayNot too much to say, other than that its a really good computer that does its job well. I got mine used like new for like $700 off I think, and it was straight out the box

> 3 dayGot it and gamed on it all day and night. Then, after doing the Dell/Alienware updates it immediately started freezing. I read online that uninstalling & disabling all the Dell/Alienware utilities worked for others. That seems to have worked for me. The only other problem Ive had is crackly audio. I tried everything to. Nothing worked. Theres a headphone jack in the front panel of the PC. I switched to that one & that immediately fixed that crackling audio. So, this means I still have the crackling audio problem if I were to use the ports in the back. I even tried an external audio device.

> 3 dayI’ve had this thing for a few months now. I was skeptical considering I’ve built my own PC’s for the last decade. But I recently moved states and took advantage of the 0 interest 12-month payment plan to make things easier. Currently have it hooked up to a 42” LG C2 4K 120hz G-Sync TV. So far this system has crushed everything I’ve thrown at it without issue. Frame rates are reasonably high for everything being maxed out with Ray Tracing on in 4k. Cyberpunk 2077 runs at an average of 68 FPS Red Dead Redemption 2 is around 75 on average. Resident Evil 4 Remake, maxed, is over 100 FPS. The thing performs solid and hasn’t given me much trouble beyond the Alienware software wanting to slow things down. My one and only gripe is that the liquid cooling system is a single fan. Running a Ryzen 9 5900 for hours with everything maxed puts the temps in the high 80’s C, as expected with this silly mistake. No reason not to run a dual fan to this kind of CPU to truly give the hardware longevity. But overall, for plug-and-play, this thing is crushing it pretty well. If I had the full $2400 lying around, I definitely still would have built my own computer though.

> 3 dayChanged my mind this computer is complete trash. It’s the worst investment I made. I’m going to have to upgrade and buy all the parts myself and will end up costing me double. It runs just like a cheap $200 computer you can get at Walmart and I think that’s an insult to Walmart computers compared to how bad this runs

> 3 dayLove this pc. Only real problem I had was when I plugged pc in, it sounded like a jet engine! I thought I had a bad fan or power supply. Long story short, I had to open it up and discovered a cord was touching graphics card fan. Once I moved it, it was quiet as a church mouse. One other issue is the alienware command center. It was supposed to update all drivers. I Prichard pc in May updated, and noticed the video card driver was from March. How tho?? Otherwise great pc. These issues werent enough to deduct star. Highly recommend

> 3 dayGot this machine mostly for gaming, for what it is, Rtx 3080, Ryzen 9 and 32gb of ram….it severely under performs. Again games run ok, nothing amazing. When it comes to other tasks like photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop) it’s borderline unusable. For the specs this should have no trouble editing 20mp photos. Nowhere near worth the money
