> 3 dayOne star currently for having a hardware issue one day after using it for about 2 hours. It was awesome when it worked. Waiting to see if dell will send the replacement parts. EDIT: After attempting to work with Dell over a repair, I ended up just buying a new SSD and installing it myself. Runs fantastic now but no excuse for lazy QC to let that slide from the factory.

> 3 dayNot sure what the deal was, but this PC had a corrupted Windows installation right off the bat. It would give blue screen after blue screen when attempting to boot into Windows. Fortunately, I was able to factory reset the Windows installation via the Alienware image in OS recovery. After that, everything has been working wonderfully. Hell of a deal on Prime Day, too; about $1k off the usual list price.

> 3 dayI was extremely excited to receive my new PC, plugged it in and no inputs were reading through the motherboard, graphics card or front inputs. I called Alienware support via Dell and they were less than useful. Got redirected 7 times to overseas support that had no idea what a graphics card even was so I had to call a friend that happened to know more than the people that get paid to do this. After all that the fix turned out to not be terrible. I just had to move the ram around (It had gotten loose in shipping) and factory restart the power supply and the PC runs like a dream. Very happy with the gaming experience so far.

06-06-2025Getting into gaming on PC and wanted the best bang for the buck so I bought this computer! Very happy with this computer! Can’t even build one from Alienware for this price. Buy it, you won’t regret it!

Greater than one weekSo backstory I have been looking at upgrading my PC for a while now. I have built a PC before but with the prices of components right now and wait times I decided to go with Alienware. Alienware was not my first choice but I have to say I am so glad I went with them over Cyberpower. The 18-month no interest payments on this machine make it all the more worth it. After ordering it arrived on a Friday. I got home took it out of the box and this thing was VERY well packaged. No damage to anything except the outside of the box having normal wear and tear from shipping. Straight out of the box I plugged it up and downloaded a few select games to test it. First game was Call of Duty Warzone. I have to say I was so impressed on how this PC ran this game. CPU stayed at around 68 C and GPU around 68-70 C on all maxxed out graphics. Everything was super smooth and just everything I wanted. If I had to complain about anything it would more than likely be Windows 11 only because it does have small stutters at time which is common from what I have read. The only issue I have encountered with the PC itself was on my brothers that he ordered (we ordered the exact same pc got it on the same day) and the front panel lights on the tower had went out and would not come back on. I contacted dell support and they did a remote connection. Within 10 minutes Gabriel Hernandez had the front panels back on and going. This ended up being a Bios update issue. The way he handled himself made me have a total different outlook on dell support. I have to say I do not regret my purchase and this experience has really given me a different outlook on Alienware itself. If you are on the fence on whether or not you want to risk buying a prebuilt my opinion is to do it!

> 3 dayOK I bought this computer for my business because I wanted a computer with liquid cooling. It sounds crazy but over time, dust an lint around my home block the cooling fins and cause my microprocessors to fail from heat. Since it has a screaming video card, I tried Star Citizen on it, which I have never been able to play, and it works perfectly. So all in all, I am very happy with this computer. Also Win11 was very easy to transfer all my old programs and files over. I only spent about 1 day in computer hell getting everything up and running.

> 3 dayNot enough ram. It only has 16 gigs of ram. Not enough storage. It only has 512 Gts SSD. The only 1TB device is a spinner. The networking adaptor is garbage. It slows down, and drops connection, nearly three times a day. Frustrating when youre trying to use Flight Simulator 2020s photogrametry scenery, and next thing you know, it switches you to offline mode, and you lose all your weather data, and the scenery goes to crummy looking auto-gen that looks nothing like what you were flying over. Sick of it. I now have to look for a network adapter. The graphics card, which I got this machine for, is an Nvidia RTX 3070, which is pretty good. Only wish I ACTUALLY had access to all the ram. Dell have slouched, and slipped back to shared ram, which really holds you back. Youre better off building your own machine, IF you can find the parts.

> 3 dayProduct mainly used for simulation gaming in particular MSFS 2020 Premium Deluxe. The computer was easy to setup and it is super fast. Price was a little high but it was worth it. I highly recommend this product.
