This product I got for my boy friends shingles on his foot he has been taking it & so far it is helping him he hasnt had the blisters on his foot in a while & he is not a vitamin guy at all but he is taking them every day. So ty u for a great product Im so glad I found this to help him!!!

I had two out breaks of shingles 3 months apart. My docs said this is not supposed to happen so frequently.... I am on immunosuppressive therapy for autoimmune disease (Lupus). So I started taking this in late 2017 and have no more outbreaks, though I have also gotten the post-shingles vaccination. Nonetheless, Ill take the success of whichever is working as shingles is horrible, with all the pain and discomfort. The tablets are not so large and easy to swallow, but understand everyone has their own tolerance.

Prefer the caplets over the tablets, not nearly as dusty. Quality is good and it must be working, Im losing less hair during my infusion treatments, so yay!

I usually use a different brand of L-Lysine to help heal cold sores. I saw this one and noticed it cost less than my usual brand and thought I’d give it a try. I’m very happy with Amazing Nutrition Amazing Formulas brand. I highly recommend it.

They are easy to swallow, do not have a bad flavor and are easy to absorb.
