I have been using L-Lysine for years, due to reoccurring cold sores. This brand is the best I have found so far. Because they are 1000mg., I only need to take one every day. Even though the pills are large, I dont mind. Really happy with the results. This is either the second or third time I have purchased this brand, and I will continue to do so!

Lysine works great for your skin complexion and for imperfections of the skin such as scars or new cuts etc...I take lysine daily 1000-2000mg and it makes my skin clearer and younger looking...I also do a lot of hands on work on my motorcycle and cars and I tend to scratch or cut my hands up and while taking lysine the cuts and scrapes seven the big ones seal up without scaring in less than a week like it never happened!

Prefer the caplets over the tablets, not nearly as dusty. Quality is good and it must be working, Im losing less hair during my infusion treatments, so yay!

This is the only brand I can take that really works for me. I have really bad mouth ulcers. If I have one coming in it never gets bad goes away in about 2or3 days. I used to have them for 3 weeks before they were gone. They were very painful. I never hurt anymore. They are a little hard to swallow. But because they help I’ve learned to keep trying. They need to put a crease in them so I can cut them in half easy.

Ive been getting mouth blisters for years, since childhood. I recently moved to FL from WI and i was getting 1 outbreak after another with no breaks or relief. Desperate, i googled vitamins for cold sores and it guided me to Amazon and this product. I take 1 pill in the morning and one at night. I started to get 2 blisters, took 2 vitamins together and applied the cream and it never blistered. Havent had another one since taking. I will be a lifer. Thank you!

Ive just started taking these so I dont have a whole lot to say about the product. But the first thing youll notice is these are horse pills! They are HUGE. No way a normal human being can swallow these. I cut them or crush them. (I checked with my doctor and he said its fine to cut or crush. No need to take whole.) They have no flavor so you can actually chew them too. One side effect is an upset stomach but maybe I just have to get used to them.

Tablets quite a few broken upon arrival

I am 66 years old and find my immune system is not what it used to be. My last flu shot gave me more problems that I ever had in my life. I searched on immune system, and started using these pills. I have many allergies that bother me year round. I settled on 4 a day and have noticed a difference, but am still in the wait and see area. Many people have a problem with the size of these pills. They are smaller and have a coating to help swallowing, than the 3 1000mg Ester C pills I also take daily. When I was having a problem getting my Ester C huge pills down, I was advised by a coworker to use warm to hot water when taking my daily pills, and that has made a big difference. I take the pills that bother me most as the first of the day, and I dont have any problem with the rest. Not panicking helps too. I will probably keep using these, along my Ester C, until my next flu shot.
