These are a good size, but not difficult at least for me to swallow. I take one first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Lysine is a superb immune booster and I rarely get sick, even when surrounded by family members who do.

Prefer the caplets over the tablets, not nearly as dusty. Quality is good and it must be working, Im losing less hair during my infusion treatments, so yay!

These pills really did surpass my expectation. They are big but slick and easy to swallow. I was surprised. What I like most is they do not have a aftertaste. I take them first thing in the morning. I have not gotten strep throat or a sinus infection like I usually do around this time of year and my skins texture and complex has gotten much smoother and clearer. I take this for my acne and it helps keep it at bay. I developed acne after our son was born and this supplement helps keep my skin clear if I take it regularly, which is a life saver for me because who has time to deal with acne? Not me. I’m not sure it works for all kinds of acne, but it did for me. Check with your dermatologist first though.

This product has protected my immune system for as long as Ive been taking it. My friends come down with colds and respiratory infections on a regular basis, but, even after having been around them, Im still in good health. I am a very young 85 and have lots of energy. I read a lot and have always tended to get styes but I notice now that the sty may start but within a day, the itching is gone. I would not be without my Llysine and my 1000mg vitamin C.

This is second to none for those who need to take this amino acid supplement--like i do, to prevent viral issues of childhood coming back, like cold sores, Shingles, and other stuff that all of us who got vaccinated for smallpox/chickenpox carry in our system forever. Taking L-Lysin once a day, prevents these painful, unseemly, even life-threatening illness recurring. I have taken this for over 15 years. I only have to deal with the issues when I forget and stop taking the tables. NEVER when I am taking them. Thankfully, they are not chemicals as such but simple protein/amino acids--the building blocks of life! Excellent product with excellent effect.

I used this for awhile before writing a review. I especially wanted to wait until I had a coldsore breakout since thats specifically why I bought this. But, first of all I didnt have a breakout for awhile while taking this, which impressed me initially because I get them all the time!!! If you look at me wrong, bam! Coldsore! So I went longer than normal without anything. Then, a vacation of course did cause a breakout. I took this as soon as I noticed it. I was taking one pill each day and when I got a cluster of sores starting to sprout I started taking it twice a day. This stopped them from getting big which I dont think has ever happened. And it cleared up in just 3 days. This was amazing!!!! I did use it with a lysine chapstick as well. It worked far better than anything Ive used including prescription medications. I was so happy at how well these seemed to really kick my coldsore problem to the curb. So glad I gave this a chance. I was nervous it wouldnt work. I get one coldsore, or a cluster of many coldsores at least once a month, or more. And they usually take a few weeks to go away... Just in time for my next outbreak. This stuff was amazing. My coldsores didnt even really become coldsores while using this. It really made my breakout so minimal and then cleared up completely so quickly. I am back to taking this once a day and will continue to use this.

These pills are amazing. They really help me with preventing cold sores and if I get one they it clears up quickly. The only issue is the size of 1 pill. They are huge. I also like there is no flavor to these pills &/or after taste.

Really hoping this product helps me with my medical issue. Price was not to bad.
