This is a fantastic product! Ive struggled with Lingual Papillitis for quite a while, and whether placebo or not, these big ole pills get rid of them quickly. As with many HSV type cases you can kinda feel when youre about to have an outbreak. Usually when I get that tingling I take 1 pill a day for the following three days and I dont even have an outbreak! If you struggle with Lingual Papillitis (swollen Papillae on the tongue) TRY THESE PILLS. All this being said, however, I did notice a marked increase in allergy symptoms after taking these. The increase in symptom severity and pill usage correlate just enough to reckon that the allergy-like symptoms are side-effects of the L-Lysine. However, the disappearance of the papillitis for me greatly outweighs the side-effects.

Im prone to getting fever blisters. Especially if I get too much sun on my face, or getting chapped from dry winter weather. I take one every morning and have seen about a 95% reduction in fever blisters. Been using this brand for a couple of years now and just reordered. Still on the lookout for a capsule thats easier to swallow, but also reluctant to switch from something I know works.

I take a lot of supplements and I have for years. I was a bit surprised when I started seeing consistently an undigested tablet in the toilet when using the toilet. This had not happened before. I do take digestive enzymes to help me digest the raw and cooked foods I eat and upon this discovery I came to realize it was this product. The tablets have a benign taste so I started crunching them before swallowing crushing it up a bit hoping this would help the digestion and absorption process, nope, I started passing the crushed pieces. Final analysis this product is very difficult to breakdown in the body. I will look for capsules with powered l-lysine and hope this will solve the problem. Maybe this is not true for everyone, just monitor and if it does happen just return within the window of times. I missed it.

Doesn’t have a terrible taste... but the pill is huge. Just take one and then the rest of your vitamins separately a few minutes later

I had two out breaks of shingles 3 months apart. My docs said this is not supposed to happen so frequently.... I am on immunosuppressive therapy for autoimmune disease (Lupus). So I started taking this in late 2017 and have no more outbreaks, though I have also gotten the post-shingles vaccination. Nonetheless, Ill take the success of whichever is working as shingles is horrible, with all the pain and discomfort. The tablets are not so large and easy to swallow, but understand everyone has their own tolerance.

I take these every morning. I got covid -19 back in December and I didn’t get it that bad. I think at least in my mind that these supplements helped my immunization.
