This is a fantastic product! Ive struggled with Lingual Papillitis for quite a while, and whether placebo or not, these big ole pills get rid of them quickly. As with many HSV type cases you can kinda feel when youre about to have an outbreak. Usually when I get that tingling I take 1 pill a day for the following three days and I dont even have an outbreak! If you struggle with Lingual Papillitis (swollen Papillae on the tongue) TRY THESE PILLS. All this being said, however, I did notice a marked increase in allergy symptoms after taking these. The increase in symptom severity and pill usage correlate just enough to reckon that the allergy-like symptoms are side-effects of the L-Lysine. However, the disappearance of the papillitis for me greatly outweighs the side-effects.

My mouth REALLY appreciates this product. I tend to get canker sores when I eat acidic foods, so avoid those as much as possible. A recent favorite flavored water contained, of course, citric acid and my gums and the roof of my mouth had ulcers and were not healing. Thought I would give Lysine a shot. The biggest ulceration had healed ina few days. THAT hadnt happened before. Yes, everyone is unique but my mouth is EXTREMELY grateful for this product.

I used this for awhile before writing a review. I especially wanted to wait until I had a coldsore breakout since thats specifically why I bought this. But, first of all I didnt have a breakout for awhile while taking this, which impressed me initially because I get them all the time!!! If you look at me wrong, bam! Coldsore! So I went longer than normal without anything. Then, a vacation of course did cause a breakout. I took this as soon as I noticed it. I was taking one pill each day and when I got a cluster of sores starting to sprout I started taking it twice a day. This stopped them from getting big which I dont think has ever happened. And it cleared up in just 3 days. This was amazing!!!! I did use it with a lysine chapstick as well. It worked far better than anything Ive used including prescription medications. I was so happy at how well these seemed to really kick my coldsore problem to the curb. So glad I gave this a chance. I was nervous it wouldnt work. I get one coldsore, or a cluster of many coldsores at least once a month, or more. And they usually take a few weeks to go away... Just in time for my next outbreak. This stuff was amazing. My coldsores didnt even really become coldsores while using this. It really made my breakout so minimal and then cleared up completely so quickly. I am back to taking this once a day and will continue to use this.

These are a good size, but not difficult at least for me to swallow. I take one first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Lysine is a superb immune booster and I rarely get sick, even when surrounded by family members who do.

I guess this is good. What I expected.

I usually use a different brand of L-Lysine to help heal cold sores. I saw this one and noticed it cost less than my usual brand and thought I’d give it a try. I’m very happy with Amazing Nutrition Amazing Formulas brand. I highly recommend it.

This product has protected my immune system for as long as Ive been taking it. My friends come down with colds and respiratory infections on a regular basis, but, even after having been around them, Im still in good health. I am a very young 85 and have lots of energy. I read a lot and have always tended to get styes but I notice now that the sty may start but within a day, the itching is gone. I would not be without my Llysine and my 1000mg vitamin C.
