This stuff truly is amazing! Had a major arginine imbalance (too much in diet) that was giving me health issues... two weeks of taking these and no more inflammation and aches. Also, no more depressing, apathetic life outlook, my optimism, joy, and passion for life has returned (emotional wellbeing!) My muscle strength which was rapidly diminishing over the last couple of years is back and I am growing stronger (weightlifting) every day. This is a fantastic product! Ive struggled with Lingual Papillitis for quite a while, and whether placebo or not, these big ole pills get rid of them quickly. As with many HSV type cases you can kinda feel when youre about to have an outbreak. Usually when I get that tingling I take 1 pill a day for the following three days and I dont even have an outbreak! If you struggle with Lingual Papillitis (swollen Papillae on the tongue) TRY THESE PILLS. All this being said, however, I did notice a marked increase in allergy symptoms after taking these. The increase in symptom severity and pill usage correlate just enough to reckon that the allergy-like symptoms are side-effects of the L-Lysine. However, the disappearance of the papillitis for me greatly outweighs the side-effects.

I usually use a different brand of L-Lysine to help heal cold sores. I saw this one and noticed it cost less than my usual brand and thought I’d give it a try. I’m very happy with Amazing Nutrition Amazing Formulas brand. I highly recommend it.

Efficacy is top notch!

Ive been on a weight loss journey since october 2019. On this journey, Ive lost about 40 pounds. I found myself stalling on the scale, and having less energy again (something Ive always struggled with anyhow). I take one of these, along with one b12 tab, and I feel great. It even helps improve my mood. Not to mention my stall ended pretty quickly too!

Even though they are large pills they are very easy to swallow.
