> 3 dayLet me tell you, my daughter LOVES music and this book has quickly become her favorite! She is 2.5 and loves that it has songs she already knows (and a few new ones) but it helps her connect with the songs even if they are in a language she doesn’t know. She sings some of the words of songs she’s always singing now in mandarin (or best she can mimic it), it’s the sweetest thing and really has me thinking she could pick up a language if I worked on it with her through songs and rhymes! I am loving it too because I can sing along (best I can) thanks to the phonetic spelling of each word! I may not get it all correct but it’s fun to try and I find myself thinking of the mandarin when I sing the English!

> 3 dayThis is a great book. After buying the first book in the series and loving it so much I had to buy this book as well. This book is just as impressive as volume one. The songs are clearly saying with beautiful pronunciation. The book itself is written in English and Mandarin making sure all the relatives in my family can read the book with the kids. This book has an extra bonus feature that it also has volume control which I love.

> 3 dayMy one year old is obsessed with the Bao Bao books. She loves the songs ! She did need to learn how to press harder since you have to press quite hard for the songs to play but other than that, it’s perfect !

Greater than one weekWithin minutes of listening to this book, my 2 year old is hooked! Even though I’m an Asian myself and didn’t enjoy learning Mandarin since young. This book is definitely a lot more fun and easy to spark interest in learning. And I love how it fits in my front facing book display, because not every hardcover book can fit well.

> 3 dayBy far, these books are one of our BEST & EASIEST tools for teaching our primarily English-speaking 3-year-olds how to speak/sing Mandarin Chinese. The books have interactive buttons which our kids love matching to the correct page/song. The tunes are bi-cultural classics, easily relatable, and beautifully sung! We will be watching/hoping for a future edition to mention Dad, as there have been plenty of references to Mom so far :)

> 3 dayWe love the first book (red) and was thrilled when this second version was released! My toddler is equally enthralled with the new songs - sometimes she takes out both books so she can sing along with two songs at the same time (thank goodness there is a volume control option!) I especially appreciate the addition of “You Are My Sunshine”. Since it’s one of my toddler’s favorite English songs, I loved knowing the characters words and pinyin so I can sing it to her in Chinese.
